Matthew 20:28 ," just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

True leadership is not define by how much power you have but true leadership is defined by how much you are willing to serve.

How much you are willing to sacrifice for others, to ransom yourself and give life to other people around you.

Jesus shows us what true power look like, its doesn't look like "making lord yourself" over other people.

True power look like serving others.

1) They are humble servent

4) They show godly commendments/rules, that people will be glad to follow

5) They protect their people

6) They are merciful and compassionate

7) They do not tempt people to do evil
- Matthew 6:13

8) They are knowledgeable and mindful
- Matthew 15:14

9) They lead in peacefulness and godliness
- Timothy 2:2

10) Their words are respectful
- 2 Timothy 2:16

11) They are hardworking
- Romans 12:8

12) They have good advisers around them
- Proverbs 11:14

13) They are faithful leaders who work based on love
- Isaiah 16:5

14) They have the will to serve, they're not greedy for money
- 1 Peter 5:2

15) They lead by example
- 1 Peter 5:2-3

16) They got skills and integrity
- Psalms 78:72

17) They are prudent, not hasty
- Luke 14:31

18) They are a good role model for anyone
- 1 Timothy 3:1-3

19) They put Jesus first
