As a child of god, doing gossips is " you are interfering in someone's business behind their back and not only to hurt the feelings of that person but also god's " and it is so wrong
Even if there are situations that someone comes to you and start talking to you about someone, even if that person is your closest friend.... don't pursue that conversation,just depart instantly or try to change the topic.
You are persuing stuff that are being spoken about that person which might be not true, but because of popularity you joining in. But remember, how much god will hurt of you do that ! God loves that person equally as he loves you. Not only you will hurt the feelings of god but also that person.
So why to waste our Spritual life in earthly stuff which spoil your discipline life ?
Imagine yourself in that person's place before you say something bad about someone, how it makes you feel ?
As a god's child share good news, Gospels, and motivational speech rather then wasting your precious time in gossiping.
