Chapter 77: "Effect"

Bonnie's P.O.V

Freddy suddenly closed his eyes and did not move a muscle, which meant he was in Scott Cawthon's system now. As much I did not like the guy, especially for destroying my world and friends, if he was going to help us stop William then I wasn't going to let those feelings get in the way. We all suddenly turned to the sound of laser cutting through the door, as they were making their way around the door slowly to cut a hole. "Alright, remember the plan. My team will take care of the generator and Michael will defend Freddy and Scott. When the enemy cuts through the door my team will enter the Shadow Dimension and make our way towards the generator," commanded Mangle. "What if Nightmare, Golden Freddy, and Ennard are waiting for us there?" I asked. "He's right. That is a possibility," said RXQ in agreement. "We'll fight our way past them. Our objective doesn't change, no matter what is in our way," responded Mangle. We noticed the door was close to being breached, as we all got ready to enact on our plan. "They're about to breach. Get ready," commanded Mangle. Right as the door was breached the lasers stopped before the door opened to the sight of Prototype's. I, along with Mangle, Lefty, and Foxy, entered the Shadow Dimension only to find Nightmare and Golden Freddy waiting for us. Mangle had to block an attack from Golden Freddy by summing a Shield Shield, in which she then summoned her Baton to hit Golden Freddy. Golden Freddy dodged the attack and shot a Shadow Beam at her, which she dodged to the side to avoid. Nightmare charged at Lefty, which she then disappeared and reappeared behind and struck the back of him as he stumbled a little from her attack. She was fast with her abilities and in terms of entering and exiting the Shadow Dimension, perhaps the best in terms of that. Nightmare attempted to slash her as she quickly avoided his attack and attempted to punch him, as he backed up. Golden Freddy disappeared and reappeared behind me and Foxy a minute later, as I blocked her attack with my arms that was aimed at me. I attempted to kick her back, as she disappeared once again. Charlie shot a Shadow Beam at Nightmare, as he dodged her attack as I ran at him and attempted to punch him. He backed him up as I attempted to grab him, as Mangle swung her baton at him. Nightmare managed to grab it, though Foxy ran at him and managed to hit him in the stomach which caused him to stumble back. He managed to hold his ground and aimed his hand at her, which he shot multiple Shadow Beams at her. Foxy summoned her Shadow Shield to block his attacks as I attempted to land a punch at him. Golden Freddy appeared to my left, right when I was about to hit Nightmare, that caused me to block an attack from her with my arms. Mangle ran at Nightmare as he held position and awaited for her, as I had an idea of what she was going for. Right as Mangle was in range of Nightmare he attempted to slash her, as she jumped to the side of the wall and used the Resurrection Power to boost her jump right over him. She landed right behind him which allowed me to charge at him now, in which he noticed. Lefty and Foxy were able to cover me by shooting Shadow Beams at him, as I jumped across to the left of him and past the space between him and the wall I had. I managed to land on the side as Foxy attempted to run at Nightmare. Mangle and I attempted to distract him to allow Foxy to pass, as we both tried to throw a punch at him. He attempted to slash us, which caused the both of us to back off as Foxy was closing in on him. Right when she was in range Nightmare attempted to grab her as she slid underneath his legs. Right as he quickly turned around to grab her I managed to punch him in the face as hard as I could, causing him to stumbled back a little. Lefty appeared behind us and shot multiple Shadow Beams at him, in which he dodged to the side to avoid them. "C'mon!" called Mangle as she ran down the hallway, as the rest of us followed behind her. As we managed to get halfway across the hallway Golden Freddy appeared in front of us to block our path. "Stand aside Cassidy," spoke Lefty staring at her. She did not responded before she threw a punch at Lefty, which she moved her head to avoid and blocked another punch with her arms. I quickly turned to the sight of Nightmare running down the hallway, as me and Foxy got ready to take him on. For someone that implied he was against William it would help if he made our job easier. He attempted to slash Foxy, as she had to move her head for him to miss as I attempted to punch him back. He quickly swung his claws at me, which he managed to cut his way through my arms that leaked oil now. I ignored the pain and attempted to shoot a Shadow Beam at him, as he quickly grabbed my arm and bashed his head into mine. I stumbled back and was disorientated from his move, as Foxy shot multiple Shadow Beams at him. He charged at her, which she rolled out of the way to avoid him, as I prepared a grenade from the Resurrection Power. "Everyone move!" I exclaimed as I threw my grenade where Nightmare was. Mangle and Lefty made sure to get away from the blast, as well as Foxy before it was thrown. Unfortunately Nightmare caught it right as I threw it near him and tossed it back at me, in which I quickly exited the Shadow Dimension and appeared back in the normal dimension. I found myself near a Tangle, a couple endoskeletons, and two Prototypes. Some of the Prototypes and endoskeletons attempted to shoot me with their lasers, as I retreated back to the Shadow Dimension. Nightmare ran at me immediately, as I jumped out of the way before Foxy shot a couple Shadow Beams at him. Mangle and Lefty seemed to be dealing with Golden Freddy still, who was relentless on keeping us from reaching the generator. "Back up!" I called to the both of them before throwing a grenade from the power again where Golden Freddy was. I suddenly got my head grabbed behind me from Nightmare and slammed against the wall as my grenade disappeared, before suddenly Nightmare let go due to Mangle hitting him with her baton. We all quickly ran away from Nightmare and Golden Freddy, who appeared to be gone once again. Thankfully we were approaching the door and ready to destroy the generator, though Golden Freddy appeared once again to block the door. I wasn't going to let her stop us as I charged at her, managing to tackle her into the room as the door opened. We both seemed to exit the Shadow Dimension at the same time, as I barely escaped a Prototype trying to stab me as I realized I was surrounded by endoskeletons and Prototypes in the room. I noticed the generator in the center of the room with other things that connected to this place, it was just a matter of being able to take out the generator. Golden Freddy disappeared as I quickly ran at one of the endoskeletons and punched it in the face, as the rest of the enemies in the room fired their lasers at me. I quickly grabbed the endoskeleton and held it in front of me to block their lasers, as they managed to hit its head and deactivate it. Thankfully they were smart enough to not hit the chest or else this whole room with the generator in it would explode, however that same drawback applied to me as well. Mangle and Foxy appeared, who both noticed the enemies in the room with us as Mangle instantly charged at one of the Prototype's and swung her baton at it. Foxy shot a Shadow Beam at one of the endoskeletons, as it dodged her attack and swung its blade at her. I noticed a Redbear and Tangle come through the door as they both made their way inside the room now and towards Mangle and Foxy. Ennard appeared in the room and turned to lung at Foxy, only to be stopped as Lefty appeared next to him a second later. He blocked a punch from her, as she had to block an attack from two of the Prototype's attempting to slash her with their blades. I had to block an attack from Golden Freddy, who reappeared behind me, followed by Nightmare reappearing as well and going for Mangle. I ducked from her punch as I went in to punch her, though she disappeared before reappearing and knocking me back from a punch on the back of my head. I barely had time to react as she disappeared once again before she reappeared to my side and punched me in my side, before disappearing once again. She was just playing games with me at this point, basically making a fool out of me. That was going to change. I payed extra close attention to my surroundings as Golden Freddy reappeared jumping in the air and ready to strike, before I did a roundhouse kick and managed to hit her in the stomach. She landed on the ground as I went in to punch her, only for her to disappear once again. I quickly had to duck to avoid getting stabbed by an endoskeleton as three of them and three Prototypes walked up to me with their blades out. I couldn't summon a grenade in this room with the generator right behind me, and I didn't have the time nor the skill to create a weapon on the spot like this. I just had to succeed with what I had. I entered the Resurrection State, considering this was the best time to use it as the endoskeletons and Prototype's charged at me now with their blades armed. One of the endoskeletons tried to strike first as I ducked and managed to punch one in the face before another one tried to stab me, as I quickly grabbed its arm and ripped its blade out of its arm. Considering I had more space and was not in a position that didn't allow me to move much from a certain spot I could actually do a lot more now. One of the Prototype's attempted to slash me as I swung the blade I had stolen back at it, though it successfully managed to move its head away from my attack. These Prototype's were differently smarter and faster than the endoskeletons, though they still had numbers to overwhelm anyone. I threw the blade at one of the endoskeletons charging at directly in the face, as it collapsed on the ground deactivated before I jumped back to avoid one of the Prototype's attacks. I could see Mangle attempting to move away from the generator and outside, though it was hard for her to do so with the endoskeletons, Redbear, and Prototypes preventing her from doing so. That's all the enemy was doing; their plan was to keep us trapped in here so we couldn't destroy the generator, as it would end us. We had to do something. I noticed three more endoskeletons enter in the room as I could see a glimpse of multiple enemies outside in the hallway. Some were probably focused on Michael and the others, and the rest was backup or to prevent us from escaping the room. If we were going to do something we had to clear a path first. I quickly dodged an attack from a Prototype as I ran towards the remaining endoskeletons and Prototypes blocking my way as I ran at them before I quickly entered the Shadow Dimension. Instantly I had to block an attack from Golden Freddy, who seemed to be waiting and had anticipated for me to pull something like this. "Out of my way!" I exclaimed as I attempted to run past her. She stopped me by shooting a Shadow Beam at me, as I had to jump to the side to avoid the beam. I exited the Shadow Dimension, only I had to block an attack from three Prototype's before I quickly turned to an endoskeleton attempting to stab me from behind. I had to deactivate my shield as I ducked and grabbed the endoskeleton and slammed his face on the ground. I was being more rough than usual, but I was in a desperate moment that was forcing me to do so. I had to block another couple blades with my shield, as one of the Prototype's quickly stabbed my right leg. I yelled in pain and punched the blade as hard as I could, breaking it in half as I attempted to punch another of the Prototype's. The endoskeleton I had slammed its head on the ground attempted to get up as I aimed my hand and shot one Shadow Beam at its face, destroying it for good. It was hard to move my right leg with a piece of a blade in it, though I didn't have time to deal with the pain and leaking oil. I swung my right leg at one of the endo-skeletons, as it managed to dodge the attack, since it was better to use for something. I blocked an attack from another Prototype with my Shadow Shield as I unblocked and quickly tackled it to the ground and shot multiple lasers at its face, thankfully destroying it for good before another one attempted to stab my head from behind. I quickly grabbed its blade and managed to pull it forward before I punched it in the face as hard as I could. It stumbled back as I quickly had to roll to the side to avoid being hit from an endoskeleton from behind, before I finally got back up on my feet. I quickly ran at it and grabbed its face before smashing it into the wall multiple times before I shot a laser at its head. More Prototypes entered the room and made their way towards me, followed by a White Rabbit as it ran at me. I moved back over where the generator was as White Rabbit attempted to strike me with a punch, as he missed and I punched him back. He took the hit as he quickly punched me in the face, which I didn't even have time to block or even avoid. It was a hard one too as I stumbled back a little as I attempted to regain my footing. I had to remember Freddy warned us that these guys had the Resurrection Power, which meant they could do a lot more then the endoskeletons or Prototype's. I attempted to strike White Rabbit back, as he disappeared before the Prototype behind him attempted to slash me with its blade. I dodged to the side and punched it as fast and hard as I could, which I managed to do so as I attempted to punch another Prototype that was running at me. I missed as it tried to strike back, though I managed to move my head to the side and kicked it in the face. Some of the other Prototypes attempted to strike me as I jumped up in the air and aimed my feet at one of them, as I landed on top of it. I shot a couple beams at it before its head was destroyed for good, as I had to block an attack from White Rabbit that reappeared near me. I attempted to punch it as I missed before I blocked its attacks with my shield, before one of the Prototype's behind tried to stab me. I had to get rid of my shield and travel to the Shadow Dimension, before I had to block an attack from Golden Freddy, who was still waiting in the dimension. She tried to strike me as I exited the dimension, only to get punch in the face from White Rabbit without having enough time to defend myself. Two Prototype's attempted to stab me with their blades, as I had to put up a shield again, before White Rabbit disappeared once again. Two Prototype's attempted to run at me and stab me, as I quickly deactivated my shield and jumped in the air. I aimed for one of the Prototypes and landed on top of it, as I managed fired Shadow Beams at the other one. More Prototype's tried to slash me as I blocked and ducked multiple times as I was being surrounded, and White Rabbit appearing behind me wasn't helping. He attempted to punch me, though I managed to dodged as I ran at him and kicked him in the face, which caused him to stumble back a little. All of the Prototype's charged at me, as I attempted to block and strike back when I could. I glanced over to see Foxy, Lefty, and Mangle all surrounded by Prototype's and other enemies, who were being overwhelmed as well. I blocked another attack from a Prototype as I attempted to strike another, as White Rabbit disappeared. I managed to punch a Prototype in the face, as it stumbled back before I grabbed a Prototype's blade to stop it from stabbing me. Suddenly I turned around to the sight of White Rabbit as it aimed its hand at me and fired a Shadow Beam at me. There was nothing I could as it managed to pierce through my stomach as I stumbled to the ground, all before the Prototype that I was holding back stabbed its blade through my chest. I could feel an immense amount of pain, which somehow was worse than what happened at the graveyard, as I fell onto the ground. "Bonnie!" yelled Mange's voice across the room. I slowly turned my head towards her voice, as I could see her attempting to try and reach me, but was unable to since she was surrounded by Prototypes. With my vision going hazy this really did feel like the end for me, especially with the current predicament we were in. I could see from my peripheral vision that Foxy and Charlie were also being overwhelmed by the enemy, which meant they would not last much longer. I turned back to the generator and stared at it, knowing it had to be destroyed somehow. However an idea came to mind, one effect that would guarantee everyone's success. "M-Mangle! You... know what to do!" I called out to her as she looked at me. "D-didn't expect... it to end... this way huh... Springbonnie... Now I... know how you felt... in that moment." I summoned a grenade and held it in my head for a moment, as the enemy and everyone else realized what I was about to do. "Bonnie no!" yelled Mangle as I rolled the grenade over to the generator. "Hope... I made your proud... boss... I sure... as hell did myself... " I said to myself. "Heh... bet you'll be... even prouder of... the effect... "
