Chapter 10: What Happened? (Joseph's PoV)

I woke up, as I felt like I was sweating profusely. Perhaps that might just be due to the fact that it was that it was so hot right now. And I for some reason had in fact decided that I was going to sleep under the double blankets tonight, none the less.
It might not have been all too smart, but I had been far too tired to think about it what so ever, all at the exact same time too. As I was glad that I had at least got a little bit of some decent sleep last night. As the dream that I had tonight had luckily not been with the black dragons in it.
Well of course, besides one black dragon, none the less. But for some odd reason or another, that one black dragon really did not seem to threaten me like the others. Though, I also had noticed that no one in the dream had seemed to notice that I was there what so ever, luckily enough for me.
As I kind of just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to stare up at the ceiling that was in fact in front of me, all at once. I just then did in fact begin to start to feel some thing touch me. Or rather, some thing seemed to tap on my shoulder, at that.
And I knew that it was that who ever it was that it just so happened to be. Had purposely done it, so that it was that it did not scare me. But of course, me being the way that I just so happened to be. It did in fact seem to just scare me a little bit either way.
I jumped back a little, all at once, as I just then did in fact turn my head on to what ever it was that had in fact touched me. As I noticed that it just so happened to be of course. Uncle, who did in fact seem to have his eyes a little bit wide right now.
It was clear that he noticed that he had in fact scared me a bit. And that it was that he clearly had not meant to do as such a thing like that. As it was clear to me as well, that he did in fact seem to feel a little bit bad about it, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there. And I had in fact just seemed to stare for just a few seconds longer. That was when I did in fact seem to lift my head up, and I then nodded to him all at once.
Now with him seeing that it was that I was in fact clearly up. And with him seeing that it was that I was in fact clearly awake right now. I just then did in fact seem to start to hear him start to speak to me, at that. As I of course, did in fact just seem to start to listen as to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me right at this very moment in time too, never the less.
"Are you ready to get up? Don't want to have John walk in on us asleep, remember?" He said to me, as it was clear that he was trying to remind me that we needed to be awake right now, none the less. Which did in fact kind of surprise me just a bit, all at the exact same time too.
I knew that it was that Uncle was in his early 40s and he was not exactly the young cat he had once been. So it was actually a surprise to me that he had been the one that had got up first. And he had been the one that was going to step up, at that.
Not that it was that I had not really believed for it to be a thing that it was that he just couldn't possibly. It was just more of a surprise to me, that he would feel like he did in fact have the energy to do as such a thing, at that. As I just kind of blinked my eyes a few times, all at once. As I just then did in fact seem to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that it was that I had just so happened to even be thinking on long before now, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to wake my self up a little bit, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact begin to start to look right back on over to Uncle. And I of course did in fact seem to just start to nod right back on over towards him. Making it clear that I was about to speak back to him, all at once.
As it was that he had in fact just seemed to notice me do as such a thing like that all of the sudden, at that. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to see him nod right back on over towards me. As it was clear to me that he was letting me know that it was, that he was in fact paying his full attention on to just what ever it was that I felt like I was even about to say to him, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to begin to start to notice him do as such a thing like that, all at once. I of course, did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, and I did in fact begin to start to speak to him all of the sudden, at that. As I now knew that it was, that he was in fact beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that I did in fact feel like I even needed to say to him right now, at that.
"Yeah... Thanks for getting me up... We need to go now..." I said back towards him, all at once, as I then did in fact give him a little bit of a thankful nod back to him, all at once. As it was clear that I was in fact grateful for just what it was that he had in fact done, and as to the fact that it was that he had in fact been ready, none the less.
As I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at once. And I just then did in fact seem to start to reach in to my bag, all at once. And I began to start to change my clothes, all at the exact same time too. As it was clear that I was in fact ready to go right on ahead, all at once.
And that I was prepared to go off on where ever it was that we were about to go. Which I knew as to just where it was that we were heading off to of course. As I kind of groaned a little bit heavily to my self, all at once. At the thought of just having to go in to the leaders tent.
As I knew that it was more than likely just going to be Travis and John arguing with one another. As to just what ever it was that they did in fact feel like we should do next. As I was not sure if it was that they seemed to do it on purpose, or if it was just really the fact that it was, that they did in fact not seem like they could agree with any thing what so ever.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to stare for just a slight bit more time, at that. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact put my new pair of clothes on, and I did in fact put my shoes on, all at once, at that, none the less.
As just as it was that I had in fact seemed to start to do as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And I just then did in fact seem to start to hear the voice of who it was that was in fact clearly Uncle never the less. As it was that he did in fact just seem to start to begin to speak to me, all at once.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to do as such a thing like that, all at once. I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, and I locked my eyes with his. As I just then did in fact seem to start to let him know that it was of course. That I was in fact just beginning to start to pay my full attention on to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even must say to me right at this very moment in time too, once again.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to do as such a thing like that all of the sudden, all at once. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to hear his voice once again, at that. As it was that he was in fact clearly just beginning to continue to speak to me, at that. As I of course did in fact just seem to start to listen as to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me right at this very moment in time too, never the less.
"Alright... Are you ready to go?" He said to me, all at once. As I was not sure if it was that he was in fact a question that he was in fact asking me. Or if it was that he was simply just pointing out the obvious on just what it was that was in fact even going on right now, never the less, once again.
I kind of just rolled my eyes a little bit to my self, all at once. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even just been thinking on long before now, none the less. As just then, in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to nod back to Uncle, all at once, as it was clear that I was in fact letting him know that it was, that I was of course ready to go on ahead, and I was ready to go right now.
As it was that he had in fact just seemed to start to notice me do as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when he just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead. And he just then did in fact seem to start to take the first steps out of the still tent that was full of sleeping men that were in fact in our group in the legion, all at the exact same time too, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to get my mind and I had in fact just seemed to start to get my focus off of every one else, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact seem to start to wake my self up, all at once. And I too did in fact seem to start to walk out of the tent with Uncle, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that we had in fact just began to start to walk out of the tent, all at once. The first thing that it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to notice at that. Was of course the clear fact of the matter, none the less. That it was that John was in fact standing there right in front of us. As it was clear to me that he had in fact just been about to come right in to our tent, and he had in fact come to wake us up, all at the exact same time too.
It was clear that he was in fact surprised to see the both of us up so early right now. As he had a little bit of an impressed look on his face right now, at that. As I saw him smile a bit, all at the exact same time too, all at once, at that. As he just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at once, once again.
And I just then did in fact begin to start to nod right on ahead right back over to him, at that. As I saw that he seemed to be paying a little bit of some attention to me from the corner of his eyes. As it was clear to me that he now did in fact know as to the fact that it was that I was in fact paying my full attention on to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me right at this very moment in time too, once again.
As it was that I had in fact just done as such a thing like that, as well as Uncle. That was just when I then did in fact begin to start to continue to hear the voice of John, as it was. That he of course did in fact just seem to continue to speak to the both of us, all at the exact same time too. As I of course did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what ever it was that John did in fact feel like he even needed to say to the both of us, at that, as well.
"Wow... That's a surprise... Let me guess... You are the one that woke Joseph up?" He said to Uncle, all at the exact same time too, as I saw that he did in fact kind of roll his eyes a little bit on over towards me, as soon as it was that he had in fact even just said as to just what it was that he had said to Uncle, at that. As I kind of just started to let out quite a bit of a rough sigh to my self, at that.
I kind of dipped my head a little bit low to the ground, at that. As I knew that I was always used to being late to meetings, none the less. As it always seemed like it was that John always had to come in and wake me up in the mornings, all at the exact same time as well. Which I could not help but to feel a little bit guilty about, all at the exact same time too, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to stare down at the ground for just a few more seconds, at that, never the less. That was when I just then did in fact begin to start to hear the voice of Uncle, all at once. As it was clear that it was that he was in fact just beginning to start to speak up, and that he was in fact going to respond back to just what it was that John had in fact even just said to him, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there and stare for just a slight bit more time, at that. That was when I just then did in fact begin to start to lift my head up a little bit, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I was in fact a little bit interested on just what it was that Uncle did in fact feel like he even needed to say back to John, all at the exact same time as well, once again, none the less.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to lift my head right back up on over to him, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact begin to start to hear the voice of Uncle, once again. As it was that it was in fact clear to me that he was in fact just beginning to start to continue to speak to John, all at once, at that. As I of course, did in fact just seem to start to listen as to just what ever it was that Uncle did in fact feel like he even needed to say back on over to John, all at once, at that.
"No... He was awake in bed, when I came to get him..." He said to John, all at once, at that. As I saw that Uncle did in fact turn his head on over to me, all at once, at that. As he then did in fact nod on over to me as well. As it was clear to me that he was letting me know that he did in fact have my back.
I was in fact grateful for it, none the less, as I knew that Uncle had always been that way for me. I kind of just nodded a bit of a thankful smile back on over towards him. As I just then did in fact seem to start to get my focus off of Uncle, just as it was that I had in fact just been seeming to do long before now, at that.
As I just then did in fact seem to start to continue to go right on ahead, all at once, at that. And I just then did in fact seem to start to breathe in quite a bit of a soft sigh to my self. As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to do as such a thing like that.
I stared at John right in to his eyes, as he just seemed to have a little bit of a blank look on his face right now, all at once. As it seemed like he did not seem to care any more as to just what it was that he had just said. As I could tell that he now did in fact have a lot more of a much more serious look on his face all of the sudden, at that.
I kind of just stared at him, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should even do at first. But how ever, just which ever way it just so happened to be, at that. John just kind of shook his head a little bit to him self, at that. As he did in fact begin to start to step up and speak to me and Uncle all of the sudden, at that.
It was clear that he was now beginning to get serious. As this was not on the fact that it was that had to do with us waking up any more. As it was clear that this was going to have to do with the fact as to just why it was that we were in fact having this meeting, none the less.
As I knew that I had gone to go and speak to the dragon tribe just last night, none the less. As I knew that they had plans, and that was why I had gone to talk to them about. As of course, they had told me their plans, and they had told me that they were still making them none the less.
Either which way it just so happened to be, I knew I was going to have to do a bit of some explaining. As I hoped that Uncle truly had in fact been listening as to just what it was that had in fact happened last night. As it had in fact kind of seemed like it had in fact been a little bit rough, if it was that I was not going to lie to my self either.
I kind of just seemed to start to get my mind and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts, all at once. As I just got my focus in stead on to John, at that. As I just then did in fact begin to start to nod on ahead to him all of the sudden, at that. As it was clear that I was in fact letting him know that he did in fact have my full attention on to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say right now to me, never the less.
As I had in fact just seemed to continue to go right on ahead and do as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when John did in fact seem to just continue to speak to the both of us, at that. As I of course, did in fact just seem to begin to listen as to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say to the both of us all of the sudden, at that.
"Alright... Let's go ahead and speak to the leaders in the tent then..." He said to the both of us, at that. As I saw that he now did in fact just seem to have a whole lot more. Of just what it was that seemed to be a more serious look on his face now.
It was clear that the jokes and the games were now over. Now it was time to get to business, none the less. Which of course was my least favorite thing that it was that I had to do in this legion, none the less. As I knew that it was really stressful, and it was usually a lot of fighting, and a lot of bickering back and forth.
Which I had already had enough of that when it was that I had in fact been growing up. I kind of felt like I did not want to have any more of that, all at the exact same time too, never the less. As I just then did in fact seem to start to continue to get my mind, amd I did in fact just seem to start to continue to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now.
As it was that both me and Uncle had in fact just seemed to start to nod in response back to John, all at once, at that. That was when John did in fact begin to start to turn his head away from us, at that. And he then did in fact begin to start to take the lead on over to where it was that we were going to go and speak to the other leaders at all of the sudden, at that.
As it was that I had of course noticed as such a thing going on. I of course my self... Did in fact just go right on ahead and begin to start to follow him all of the sudden, at that.
As I saw that it was that Uncle was in fact trailing right behind me right now, none the less. As it seemed like things were going to be fine. For at least the time being. As I was not all too sure as to just how things were going to go once we got in that tent.
As I just kind of seemed to stand there and stare for just a little bit more time, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact see that we were right up on the tent, all at once. As of course, all of the tents that were in fact in the legion were in fact right next to each other none the less.
So it really had not take us all too long to get to the leaders tent. Which of course was the one furthest out from all of the others. Just so it was that they made sure no one over heard as to just what it was that we did in fact say to one another.
I kind of just seemed to let out a little bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at once. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to get my mind and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now. As I just then did in fact seem to notice that John of course. He did in fact begin to start to go right on ahead and head in to the tent all at once.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to see him do as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact begin to start to hear the voice of Uncle. As it was in fact clear to me that right at this very moment in time too, never the less, at that. That he was in fact going to go right on ahead and speak to me, at that, none the less.
As it was that I had in fact just began to start to realize that it was in fact the case, never the less. I of course did in fact turn my head over to him, at that, as well. And I just then did in fact nod to him, all at once, at that. As it was clear that it was, that I was in fact letting him know that he had my full attention on him right now.
Which, once it was that it did in fact begin to start to realize that it was in fact the case, none the less. That was when he of course, did in fact just seem to continue to go right on ahead, all at once, at that. And he of course just did in fact seem to continue to speak to me, as well. As I of course did in fact begin to start to go right on ahead, and I began to start to listen as to just what it was that he really did in fact feel like he even needed to say to me right at this very moment in time too.
"So... Do we wait on John? Or What?" He asked me, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I kind of just seemed to start to wake my self up a little bit, all at once. Just as soon as it was that he had in fact said as to just what it was that he had even said to me, at that.
As I just then did in fact begin to start to realize that once again. That he had never been here before. And he did not know as to just what it was that we were even supposed to be doing right at this very moment in time too, none the less.
As it was that I had in fact began to start to realize that it was in fact the case, none the less. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, all at once, at that. And I just then did in fact seem to start to shake my head a little bit to him, to let him know that it was not the case at all.
As well as the fact that it was clear that it was that I was letting him know that of course. That I was about to go on ahead and begin to start to speak back to him, at that. As it was clear that I was letting him know that I was in fact about to explain all that it was that was in fact even going on right at this very moment in time too, once again.
As it was that he had in fact just seemed to notice me do as such a thing like that in response. That was when he just seemed to blink his eyes a few times, all at the exact same time too. And he then just then did in fact begin to start to go right on ahead and nod back to me, all at once, at that. As it was clear to me that at the very least, that he was in fact beginning to start to pay his full attention on to just what it was that I did in fact feel like I even needed to say to him right now.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to notice him begin to do as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when in the end, all at the exact same time too. I just then of course, did in fact seem to just continue to speak to him, at that. As I knew that it was of course, that he was in fact beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that I did in fact feel like I even needed to say to him right at this very moment in time too.
"No... Sorry... We just need to go right on in... I'm just not sure what to do, or what to say just yet... They are expecting some thing..." I said to him, as I did in fact have my eyes a bit wide, as soon as it was that I had in fact just said as to just what it was that I had even said to him, all at the exact same time too, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to do as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to wake my self up, at that. And I just then did in fact seem to start to all of the sudden shake my head a little bit to my self, at that.
I then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, and I began to start to do as to just what it was that I had in fact even been planning on doing long before now all of the sudden, never the less. As I just then of course, did in fact begin to start to walk in to the tent, all at the exact same time too.
As once again, I knew that luckily enough for me, I was not alone in this, this time. As I knew that Uncle was in fact right behind me right now, never the less. I kind of just let out a little bit of a soft sigh of relief, that was of course until. I did in fact head in to the tent, at that, never the less.
As there already seemed to be some arguments going on right now, and they had not even yet found out as to just the news that I was about to say to them, never the less. And they still did not know as to just what it was that was going on with the red dragons right now, never the less.
I kind of felt like I was fine with that right now, as I felt like they could fight for as long as they could. As I still was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should say to them. As it kind of felt like what the red dragons had told me was kind of bland and basic, and I was sure that they were going to expect me to tell them more than what it was that I was about to tell them.
I kind of shivered a little bit to my self, all at once, as I just seemed to stand there, and I just did in fact seem to stare for just a slight bit more time, all at once, at that. As in the end, I just then did in fact seem to start to go right on ahead, as well. And I decided to sit on a near by chair, that of course was in fact right beside my father, who just seemed to have a little bit of a blank look on his face right now.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to sit down, all at once. That was when every ones attention just then did in fact start to focus on me all of the sudden, at that. As I saw that all of the eyes that were in fact in the room right now, of course did in fact start to turn their heads to me.
I did my best to try to act normal, as I kind of gulped a bit to my self, all at once. I felt like I was never going to get used to this. As it felt like this was never going to be a normal thing for me what so ever.
I kind of just seemed to stare for just a few more moments, all at once. As that was when I just then did in fact seem to start to hear the voice of Travis. As it was clear that the deputy of the legion was in fact beginning to start to step up and speak.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to notice that he was in fact doing as such a thing like that. I of course did in fact begin to start to nod to him, all at once. As I let him know that I was in fact paying my full attention on to just what ever it was that he felt like he was about to say to me, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to continue to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to continue to stare for a little bit more time. He of course did in fact continue to speak to me, as well. As I of course, did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what ever it was that he felt like he even needed to say to me right now, never the less.
"So... What happened?"
