A few days after the phone call Bella headed straight to Arthur.

She wanted to give him some time with his family before she went to see them.
Him and Linda moved right into their new farm house with their new baby boy, Billy.

This will be the first time Bella is meeting her godson, and she couldn't be more excited.

Driving up to the stone house, Baby whined in the seat next to her, excited to be somewhere new with his owner.
Baby was growing fast and was a very good listener, he followed Bella wherever she went.

Parking the car, grabbing Billy's present, her and Baby made their way to the front door.

A few seconds after knocking, it opened to reveal Linda. She had a blank look on her face. Although she's always liked Bella, she still had the closest connection to Tommy, it'll take time to forget that.

"Hello Linda!" Bella cheered with a smile. It was hard to keep the smile off her face since getting the call.

"Bella, how are you?...I see you have a pup now." She stated putting a small smile on her face

Bella nodded "his names Baby. Speaking of which how's your baby?" She asked walking inside looking around, it was cute and cozy.

"Lots of work, but better now that he has his father"

"Bell, love, is that you?!" She heard from the room off of the hallway.

She gasped, turning and running into the room. Finding Arthur standing with Billy in his arms.

"Oh my goodness, Arthur, it's so good to see you here...and Billy...he's so beautiful!" She gushed carefully walking towards them, wanting to make sure they're really here.

"Would you like to hold him?" Linda asked kindly from the doorway

Bella looked between the two, wanting to make sure it was really okay.
Arthur nodded, slowly adjusting to hand him over
"It's alright, Bell, you are still his godmother after all."

Biting her lip she gently took the baby in her arms, looking down at him as he slept. He was the perfect mix of the two.

Baby rubbed his head on Bella's leg, jealous he wasn't getting attention. Arthur noticed and bent down to pet the pooch.
"And where did you find this killer?"

Bella looked down at them "found him crying out in the snow, now he doesn't leave my side."

"That's the Bell I know, always taking care of others." He said looking up at her with kind eyes

"Oh! I have present for Billy, it's in the bag there on the floor." Bella spoke to the parents.
Linda moved to pick up the small brown bag, pulling out its contents to reveal a small wooden toy train.

Linda smiled at the toy. "Thank you, Bell. I'm sure he's going to love it!"

She had the toy picked out since she found out about him. Figuring if Billy's cousin loves trains so much, maybe he will too.

Then her heart broke thinking about how the two may never even meet.
"Of course." Her voice was small

Arthur saw her change in mood. He knew what it was about. Everyone knew how much Charlie's trains meant to him. And everyone knew what Charlie meant to Bella.

Standing up, "Linda, can you please take Billy? I want to show Bella here the chickens."

Bella furrowed her brows, looking up at the man "chickens?"

Linda chuckled, taking Billy into her arms. "Yes dear, our Arthur has found redemption in collecting eggs."

Smiling up at him "well then, show me the way farmer Shelby"
