Jr: Ok, I need to borrow three people for this

Deku: Who?

Jr: But that's for later

The video starts with James, Richard, and Jeremy opening a Challenge Letter while they have their modified Ambulances with them.

Jeremy: "Dewey will now drive each of your cars around the track, which, to make it more real, has been fitted with three speed humps"

The speed bumps were shown on the track.

Jeremy: "You will be in the back with a patient and, in the course of one lap, you will put their intestines back in, insert a drip and fit a catheter"

Denki: A what?!

Jeremy: "Points will be awarded for speed and how much of the medical work you complete successfully"

James: What? *Is a catheter a thing that goes up your old chap?*

Recovery Girl/Richard and Jeremy: Yes/Y E S/Yes

Denki: What?!

James: Up it? Not on it?

Jeremy and Richard: No

Jeremy and Richard laughed as James was dumbfounded of what he just learned.

Tomura:...When you said that you needed 3 of us, do you mean-

He then disappeared.

Jeremy: (Narrating) Hammond elected to go first and, once his patient has been loaded, a rather bemused Dewey took his place at the wheel

Dewey: BEMUSED?! >:(

Tomura: Huh? Where am I?!

Tomura looked around to see he was in the back of Richard's Nuclear Ambulance and his guts sticking out and what not.

Richard: Oh, he's not in a good way at all

Jeremy: He?

Tomura: What

James: It's a girl

Richard: Oh, yeah

James: Oh, no, or is it, though?

Tomura: I'M NOT A GIRL

Jeremy: It's a girl from where I am

Tomura: SHUT UP

Some of the people chuckled.

Toga: I had that same reaction when I first met him

Jeremy: Just have a look under there

James: Is that just a bit of...?

Richard screamed when he looked down Tomura's pants.

Richard: There's a thing!

Jeremy: It's a ladyboy!

Jr: At least it's not one of those women with penises or men with vaginas or boobs, because I find that really offensive and sexist

Eri: Girls with what?

Olley: I don't want to think about it

Richard: Anyways, it's a medical emergency. Get out of the way. I've got to get on with this
