30 - ❝HOME AGAIN❞

"ℌ𝔞𝔳𝔢𝔫'𝔱 ℑ 𝔤𝔦𝔳𝔢𝔫 𝔢𝔫𝔬𝔲𝔤𝔥? 𝔊𝔦𝔳𝔢𝔫 𝔢𝔫𝔬𝔲𝔤𝔥?" - 𝔊𝔦𝔩𝔡𝔢𝔡 𝔏𝔦𝔩𝔶 ; ℭ𝔲𝔩𝔱𝔰

THE OFFICIAL END OF THE YEAR HAD COME AROUND AND DEARIE ME WERE YOU NERVOUS.

your parents had, obviously, been informed of your petrification and you were unsure how they would react when you came back.

would they be mad at you? would they all cry and hug you?

the latter was probably the more possible option.

but either way, you sat the whole train ride, fiddling with the hem of your layered brown plaid and white skirt. you were wearing that with a heart chain hanging over it along with a cute white top over a lace light brown top, a white coat overtop. paired was some white fishnet stockings.

and eventually, the train had stopped and you were saying goodbye to your friends on the wizarding platform.

ron was going with his family like usual and harry had decided he wanted to hang around a few minutes, wanting to savour up the last of the wizarding world for the summer.

so with a big wave, you and hermione head to the wall leading back to the muggle platform.

you let out a nervous breath and hermione glances at you.

"what's up?"

you sweat-drop, "a-ah.. well.. i'm just nervous how my families gonna react!"

hermione lets out a big breath she had been hold, "gah! me too! but i feel like they're gonna comment how i wasn't able to brush my teeth the whole time!"

you let out a loud laugh, hermione always knew how to cheer you up.

you hug her tightly, "thanks for that"

she tilts her head slightly, "what?"

you laugh again, shaking your head.

she stares, confused, for a moment before shrugging and linking her arm with yours as you both run through the wall.

both taking deep breaths, you unlink arms and head for your families, who were looking out nervously for you.

with one last glance to each other, you both walk over to each of your families, who were standing a short distance apart.

none to your surprise, your whole family was waiting for you.

you make yourself visible and they all let out cries, your siblings instantly tackling you to the ground.

you yelp loudly, the people surrounding giving odd and judgemental looks, but most brush it off, guessing you were off at some boarding school and they couldn't see you, which was technically true.

your siblings wail and bury their snot-covered faces into your clean clothes.

you completely dismiss it, their sadness making you sad, you starting to wail along with the rest of them, all hugging each other.

now you were all really making a scene, but your parents just joined the hug and hermione's parents chuckles slightly, hermione smiling.

finally.

you were home again.
