However, you were fascinated by Hell and the Demons below and were eager to learn and study about them.
You wanted to go down there and live amongst them, at least for a little bit, despite all the warnings from other Angels that the Demons and Sinners down there would not be kind to you.
This did not deter you however and you arranged something with God.
Turns out a Demon from Hell had the same desire as you and wanted to study what Heaven and Angels were like.
God and Lucifer decided to let you and this Demon swap places for a few years.
You would live in Hell amongst the Demons and this Demon would live in Heaven amongst the Angles.
You knew it would be hard for you there and you might even be killed as God's protection is completely ineffective in Hell.
Plus God and Lucifer agreed that if either of you died it was both your own fault and if both of you killed an angel or demon they'd be fine so long as it was in self-defense to avoid any kind of conflict.
So you were given a sword to defend yourself with and sent down to Hell.
