"Thought I'd find you here."

Keefe looked over to see Fitz walking over to him, hands in his pockets.
Keefe was sat in a field, by a tree.
"What do you want?" Keefe asked as Fitz went over and sat beside him.
Fitz leaned against the tree.
"You weren't in the last few classes, I knew you'd be hanging around in nature, the trees and wind always seemed to calm you." Fitz stated, looking at Keefe.

Keefe looked at Fitz, smiling.
"You know me too well, Fitzy-poo." Keefe said.
Fitz rolled his eyes.
"Are you ever gonna stop calling me that?" Fitz asked.
"Nah." Keefe grinned.
Fitz smiled.

"Sorry Biana and I were talking about you... gaining feelings for Tam." Fitz said.
"I know, you hate his guts."
Keefe looked at Fitz.
"Yeah, good you know that. I'm never falling for Tam Song." Keefe scoffed.
"Never in a million years. I could never get used to his stupid silver bangs."
Fitz snickered.

"C'mon, it's sort of badass." Fitz said.
"Oof, Fitz don't say that." Keefe rolled his eyes.
"You're gonna make me hate you."
"Oh, great, I'll just compliment Tam some more and then I'll have to stop being your best friend." Fitz said, grinning.
Keefe elbowed Fitz and Fitz laughed.
The two looked at each other.

"How much longer is this love letter prank gonna go on?" Fitz asked.
"Until Tam makes a fool out of himself." Keefe said.
"I think he and Linh thinks Biana is writing him the letters."
"Oof, that's gonna be awkward if Tam starts flirting with Biana." Fitz grimaced.
"Hah, it'll be funny though." Keefe grinned.
"Funny, huh?" Fitz questioned.
"Should I give Biana a heads up?"
"Mmh. Nah. It'll be funnier seeing Biana's reaction." Keefe said.

"You are such a dick." Fitz said.
"I'd like to say that I'm... a kind-hearted soul but okay." Keefe shrugged.
Fitz laughed.
"You think the shit you're doing is 'kind-hearted' behaviour?" Fitz questioned.
"Oh for sure." Keefe said.
Fitz rolled her eyes.
"Like I said, dick." Fitz said, looking at Keefe.
Keefe hummed.

They sat in a comfortable silence for a few moments.

"You seemed happy when Tam seemed to be enjoying the cupcake you made." Fitz said.
"I wasn't happy-" Keefe began.
Fitz scoffed and Keefe sighed.
"... Look, I just..." Keefe shrugged.
"It felt nice, being appreciated for my hard work."
Fitz hummed.
"So, no feeli-" Fitz began.
"No!" Keefe snapped.
"Fitz. If I had feelings for Tam, I would know. I just liked knowing that my hard work paid off."
Fitz nodded.
"Right, sorry." Fitz said.

"You gonna write another letter tonight?"
"Maybe, if I do it'll probably a quick and short one." Keefe shrugged.
"Mmh, wanna steal anything from Biana's room?" Fitz asked.
"Pfft, if I wanna borrow something, I'll hail her." Keefe said.
Fitz hummed.

"Gonna head home soon?" Fitz asked.
"I'm gonna chill out here a bit more. I wanna relax before I get yelled by my dad for skipping afternoon classes." Keefe responded.
"I'll relax with you." Fitz said, sliding down and laying in the grass, head resting on the tree.
Keefe looked at Fitz.
"Your parents won't mind?" Keefe asked.
"I'll just tell them I was comforting you. They love ya and know how hard things are for you." Fitz shrugged.
Keefe hummed.

"Mind sitting in silence?"
"Nah, it's fine."

Keefe glanced at Fitz before he looked up into the sky. He watched as the clouds floated through the sky.
Keefe sighed as he rested against the tree, leaning against it.

What would he write to Tam next?
