Keefe stared at the green gulon plush that laid next to him.
He felt strange. Biana and Tam were acting all... cutesy with each other and Keefe hated it.
The only reason he hated it was because well, first Biana is faking it and second, Biana is taking credit for the stuff Keefe did.

Keefe's thoughts were interrupted by a knock on his bedroom door.
"I'm not hungry-" Keefe began to scowl.
"It's Fitz." A voice said from behind the door.
Keefe sat up and he looked at his door. Keefe fiddled with his hands.
"... Come in." Keefe said.

The door opened and Keefe seen Fitz smiling at him.
"Hey..." Fitz said, entering the room and shutting the door behind him.
"Didn't expect you to come here." Keefe said as Fitz went over to sit next to him on his bed.

"You seemed... off earlier." Fitz said.
"And I didn't see you for the rest of the afternoon so..."
Keefe hummed.
Fitz stared at the empath.

"Biana was messing about, you know?" Fitz questioned.
"She was doing that with Tam to... make you jealous."
Keefe gulped and looked away.
"I'm not jealous-" Keefe began.
"Keefe, I am your best friend." Fitz said.
"I've learned every little bit about you, every facial expression and what they mean, all your little fidgets and hand movements."

Keefe looked at Fitz.
"Why would I be jealous?" Keefe huffed out.
"I don't like Tam."
Fitz stared at Keefe.
"You're right, you don't like him." Fitz said, leaning back.
Fitz laid down on the bed, facing the ceiling. Keefe raised his eyebrows.
"... I thought you were gonna-" Keefe began.
"You're in love with Tam." Fitz cut Keefe off.

Keefe stayed silent and he looked away from Fitz.
"That's not true-" Keefe scowled.
"It is." Fitz said.
"Keefe, face your feelings. Write Tam the letters if you wish, but he's gonna keep guessing other people and embarrass himself."

Keefe pouted and Fitz snickered.
Fitz gently shoved Keefe and Keefe looked at Fitz, smiling slightly.
"If you really don't believe me, talk to Elwin even." Fitz said.
"Maybe he'll convince you."
Keefe sighed out as he laid down beside Fitz.
The two of them looked at each other as they laid beside one another.

"So... did Biana tell you she and Tam did it just as like... a joke?" Keefe questioned.
"They won't act like that tomorrow?"
"I swear, Biana hailed Tam, letting him know that her plan worked and that they should stop it." Fitz said.
"I can't believe she did that in the first place." Keefe scoffed out, looking up at the ceiling.

Fitz sighed out as he looked at Keefe.
"We're trying to help you figure stuff out." Fitz said.
Keefe snickered out. "Hah, you didn't want to get involved with this."
"Yeah, now I'm getting involved with you and your feelings." Fitz said, gently punching Keefe in the shoulder.

Keefe smiled at Fitz.
"Thanks Fitzy-poo." Keefe said.
"Eugh, you ruined the moment." Fitz said, sitting up.
Keefe laughed.
"I'm kidding, seriously... you're a good friend Fitz." Keefe said, sitting up again.
Fitz looked at Keefe.

He then ruffled Keefe's hair and Keefe yelped.
"Gah!"
Fitz took his hand away and Keefe began to fix his hair.
"Well, I'm gonna go back home, okay? If you need me then hail me. Just... have a think about Tam and your feelings." Fitz said, getting up from Keefe's bed.

Keefe watched as Fitz took his home crystal in hand. Fitz light-leaped home and Keefe sighed, now all alone.

Keefe glanced at his desk which he had a stack of pink paper and he got up from his bed.
He was going to write to Tam, he wasn't going to say his identity or anything just yet.

He just needed time to think about his feelings.
