The next day, Karan went to his office while Teju went to the hospital... Both were busy working. Teju came to her cabin after a surgery and sat on her chair, resting... Suddenly, her laptop pinged with a mail... She opened it and felt a mix of happiness and sadness... The first thing she thought was to deny it... She fell into deep thought, closing her eyes...

On the other side, Karan finished his meetings, and it was lunchtime, so he decided to have it with Teju... He then took his keys and drove to the hospital... He met Dev in the hallway and made his way to Teju's cabin... He opened the door while shouting, Surpriseeee! but stopped when he saw her, lost in thought and sitting in silence...

He moved towards her, placed his hand on her shoulder, and she instantly got startled. She looked up to find her peace standing there with a smiling face.. She immediately masked her emotions and smiled at him, but whom she was hiding from...

Karan sat on the table and asked her with a concerned voice...

Karan- Teju, Is everything alright baba??

Teju- yeah sunny... kya hua sab kuch theek hai...

Karan- patha nahi tera chehra kuch aur hi batha rahi hai.. Tell me laddoo
She smiled faintly and nodded her head in no...

Teju- I will tell you na whatever it is... trust me sunny kuch nahi hai... tu yaha merese time spend karne aaya hai so come on sunnyy...

He unwillingly nodded his head and pulled her chair towards him... Teju then saw the laptop open and tried to close it, but to her surprise, Karan noticed and snatched the laptop from her... She facepalmed herself, making Karan sigh...

Karan- Teju this is a freaking good news and you are hiding it...
He asked sternly...

Teju- It's not like I'm hiding sunny... woh bas invitation tha and don't worry I denied it already...

So yeah, it's an alumni meet at the institution where Teju studied... She's invited as the chief guest to motivate the students, as she has become one of the best doctors in the world currently...

Karan got up instantly not liking her answer which made teju worried now...

Karan- What the hell are you talking laddoo?? Have you lost it? That's a great opportunity and har kisi ko nahi miltha sweety... aur tu simply deny kar rahi hai.. not done teju...

Teju- aisi baath nahi hai sunny.. It's for 3 days and I need to leave for USA!! woh sab nahi hoga...

Karan- kyu nahi hoga teju?? chaahe toh kisi ko bhi mil saktha ye opportunity even kunal ya aneri... But they choosed you because they knew only you can do this and you have that capability baby...

Teju did not feel like going, as she was afraid of losing him... She didn't want to be away from him again. Her insecurities were stopping her from leaving, and right now, Sunny was her first priority... She just wanted to be with him... She was getting irritated by his words and stood up...

Teju- Karan why don't you get it, I said na mujhe nahi jaana hai and that's final.. so pls stop saying the same thing again and again...
Karan hold her shoulders and speak...

Karan- Tejuu you are not getting me baba, for once forget everything and think about it... you are a doctor first think like a doctor and a senior!!

Teju was just standing silently not answering anything... He spoke further...

Karan: Accha, tell me something. Am I the reason you're not going to the USA??

Teju was surprised at how well he understood her...

Teju in mind- How can he always read my mind?? am I that easy to read?? what should I do now? How can I say that I can't live without you sunny... 

Her silence gave him the answer and he sighed knowing her very well...
He then lifted her into his arms and sat on the couch, placing her on his lap...

Karan- teju mai ek sawaal puchunga answer me what you will do??
She nodded her head and he continued...

Karan- In future, if I needed to go to some business meeting but you are busy in the hospital.. So mujhe bhi cancel kardena haina meeting?? haina laddoo??
He asked ever so softly and she instantly turned towards him..

Teju- are you mad sunnyyyy?? That must be important na and mai nahi aayi toh kya hua you can go right... why the hell will I stop you babe... Infact I'll force you to go...

Karan- Really? So why the hell will I stop you now?? yours is also a important one and you need to go teju...

She gets what he's thinking, but the idea of being apart for three days is really tough for both of them... It's making her feel a bit vulnerable... She doesn't want him to think he's the reason... but who is she kidding?? he knows her inside out... She is still adamant on her decision of not going...

Karan- kya hai ab muh kholegi ki nahi madam??
She controlled herself and spoke...

Teju- Sunny you are not getting it... It's freaking 3 days and terese mai 3 second dur nahi reh sakth and how can you expect me to be for 3 days... no way sunny...

She started worrying more now...

Teju- no.. no pehli baar gayi thi tab koi option nahi tha and I lost everything...  I know how I suffered there without you... no way I'm leaving you now... phir Aisa kuch hua toh nahi sunny it can't happen... abhi abhi saath hue mujhe kuch nahi chahiye pls understand na.. pls listen to me sunny mujhe nahi jaana pls..

She was emotional at the end, tears made their way... he was shocked seeing her... these mere words are enough to say how much she's scared of losing him.. He thought of making her understand things....

Firstly he hugged her tight and kissed on top of her head for few times to make her calm down... after he felt like she's calm he started....

Karan- Laddoo  baccha listen to me now...tu sabse pehle na Doctor hai... The name Dr. Tejasswi Prakash which you got is your own hard work and you deserve every inch of it... I know that time circumstances were different and that's really been tough.. mujhe patha hai woh phase hume kya diya hai... Those everything is a lesson to learn and move on na teju... Tune hi kudh mujhe bola hai ki zindagi bhar yahi dar se nahi reh sakthe na... Aaj hum dono phir se saath mai hai only reason is love... That thing is bounding us together.. Hum kitna bhi ladle, at the end of the day we can't stay without each other na... coming to this, it's just 3 days baby... tere saath kitne log pade hai.. but everyone won't get this chance.. you got it because you fucking deserve it laddoo!! They knew that you are the only person who can guide those young upcoming doctors in a right way... They need your support.. tu hamesha bolthi haina, we should always help people kuch bhi ho... Now you got the chance and you are denying not done yaar teju... Hum kya phone pe hi rahenge... I'll be doing VC all the time... 3 din aise hojayenge teju.. even I don't like it if you are not going because of me... you are individually very strong and you know it.. we are already proud of you and I know by going there you will make us even more proud... haina teju.. Jaayegi na laddoo??
