i got a 95% on the paper portion of the math unit 2 test

Frenemy 1 got a 69% on his math unit test and claimed that he did it on purpose, but I don't think so. He doesn't have enough brainpower to calculate exactly what to get wrong to get a 69%. I asked him if he was gonna do a retake, but he said "Nah, I'll keep my 69 and transfer to Math Honors" (we're in a course that's the level of 2 grades above)
