[ Chapter 4, Page 18]

In the lodge... Third Person POV;

Garroth's voice resonated with unwavering assurance as he declared, "You have my strength." The air seemed to still as Aaron came to an abrupt halt, pivoting on his heels to face both of you. In that charged moment, shared determination etched across your expressions, a silent pact forged in resolute smiles.

Responding to Garroth's declaration, you couldn't contain your excitement. "And you have my shield!" The words spilled forth with an eager exclamation, reverberating through the surroundings. As you spoke, the radiant glow of your purple eye intensified, casting an ethereal illumination that danced with both a burning determination and a palpable happiness, "Now what's the plan, Aaron?"

"Our primary hurdle lies with Lucinda," Aaron began, his thoughts dwelling on the countless instances when her spells had thwarted both him and Garroth. These enchantments acted as an impenetrable barrier, preventing them from drawing closer or rescuing their troubled comrades. Lucinda, a formidable witch by any measure, wielded the ability to halt anything with a mere flick of her wand. Yet, with her currently under Ein's control, the prospect of victory in this war seemed almost insurmountable.

"That's true," Garroth muttered, a trace of frustration evident in the hiss escaping through his teeth. The realization struck him sharply, "Lucinda... there's no way we can reach Ein with her under his sway."

"We must find a way to free Lucinda from Ein's influence," Aaron asserted, his words punctuated by heavy breaths, "as long as she's under his control, we can't get close to any of them"
