7. - Finally, Something New!

Another day rolled around. It has been around 2 weeks since my reincarnation into this new world. So far, I was actually enjoying my life as a snake.

While it may seem like life as a snake would be boring and rather disappointing - I was actually having fun.

It probably was because I had forgotten the meaning of 'enjoying' life in my previous one, due to being basically a slave for work...

Anyways.

Like I said, another day had rolled around. I was simply slithering through the forest, looking for any monsters to kill for today.
If you're wondering, it has been around 5-6 days since my encounter with that Troll.

Since that, I've actually slowed down in my level gain.

"Open Status."

I said, before the window popped up.

These stats still make me question my actual level. There's no way a level 22 should have stats like these - I mean, seriously.

I suppose the one benefit from having these kind of ridiculous stats, was the fact that I didn't have to worry about any monster opposing any danger to me right now.

And to be honest, if there was a monster that would impose danger to me, then that monster would be something like a dragon in my mind.

No way would it be a simple slime or direwolf.

I closed the window, before sighing.

'That being said - being this powerful has made this whole place really boring and bland.'

I exhaled in boredom.

'It's starting to feel like a routine or grind at this point, with nothing new.'

I thought before sighing heavily.
I felt like I had fallen into a pretty common trap that would be showed off in some stories - being so strong, I have absolutely nothing to do.

It just made me wonder.

"Is this how strong characters in stories feel? Being so overwhelmingly powerful that they're bored 24/7?"

I commented to myself, slightly disappointed. I think my boredom was slowly getting to my head as well - since the other day, I was simply firing off my rare skill 'Venom Pour Down' on the Troll corpse that was still laying in the spot I killed it at.

I had fired off so many Venom Pour Downs, to the point where the skeleton itself looked nothing like a troll - and if one was careless enough to not pay attention, perhaps looked like the remains of a dragon.
