Goodbye, Goodbye, Goodbye

The first Goodbye wasn't the worst.
They were told they would be going back, and even if they didn't know when, they at least still had that hope.
The adventure wasn't over.

The second time was harder.
Two of them would never be going back, and that hit all of them hard.
It was a different kind of pain than saying goodbye for the first time, even for Edmund and Lucy, who would be going back.
It left them all quiet and withdrawn for the most part.
And it was their hardest goodbye so far

The last goodbye was only for two of them.
Two of them had to say goodbye for the last time, and the guy wrenching ache in their hearts was almost too much to handle.
Narnia was gone.
It was all over... for all of them.
The third goodbye was the worst, because that was it.
None of them would ever be going back.
That was the end of their adventures in Narnia
