October 22nd
I hated that place

"I hated that place."

Peter frowned a little. "Our old school playground?" He questioned.

Edmund shrugged. "When you're getting bullied every day that's usually the place they decide to beat the crap out of you." He grumbled. "And apparently the teachers never see a thing."

Peter sighed a little, nodding. "They wouldn't do anything anyway." He said truthfully. "What, they'd get a suspension for a week and then they'd be back to carry on, just being more careful and strategic..."

"And making my life even more of a living hell." Edmund finishes with a small nod.

Peter smiled sadly. "Hey, at least we ain't ever gotta go back there." He said light-heartedly. "Or anywhere as a matter of fact. No more school."

"This is probably the best thing that's ever happened in my whole life." Edmund said very unseriously.

Peter chuckled.

Edmund just smiled at him, it wasn't that he hated school, he enjoyed the learning side of it at least, but he had spent the majority of his time in education being bullied, and some of the bullying was harsh, and reached points where said bullies were suspended because of what they did to him.

But it was all over now, he was sixteen and there was no more school.

Now there was college.
