Underneath the tree

"So Santa puts the presents underneath the tree right?" A young Lucy asked her oldest brother.
Peter gave him a firm nod. "That's right." He said.
"But how do I know he's definitely going to come?" Lucy questioned.
"Well have you been a good girl this year?"
Lucy nodded slowly. "I think so." She said.
Peter chuckled. "Then he'll come." He reassured her.
"But what if he misses me?" Lucy asked. "He's got a lot of houses and children to visit."
"Santa never forgets anyone." Peter told her. "He's magic Lucy, no one gets forgotten by Santa."
"Are you sure?" Lucy asked, sounding worried.
Peter smiled at her. "I'm sure." He said. "You'll get your presents, don't you worry."
