November 1st
I've had enough

"Nope, I'm done."

Lucy smirked, "Oh come on." She tried.

Edmund shook his head. "No, I've had enough." He said. "Tell you what, I'll just drop out, that sounds like a good plan."

Lucy rolled her eyes in amusement. "You can't drop out of college." She muttered. "You're just being dramatic."

"I am not." Edmund said firmly. "You try doing this coursework for me and then you'll understand."

Lucy smiled sympathetically at him. "I'm sure it'll be fine." She told him. "You always manage to get things done in time despite how much you moan about it before doing so."

Edmund looked offended. "That's so mean." He breathed.

"But it's true." Lucy added, teasing him.

Edmund knew he couldn't deny it, after all that's exactly what usually happened when he had coursework or homework to do. "It's still mean." He mumbled quietly.

Lucy laughed. "Come on," She said. "Finish what you need to and then we can go out."

"Cafe down the road?" Edmund asked, cheering up a bit.

Lucy nodded. "You read my mind."

Edmund grinned.

"Well hurry up," Lucy pressed him. "Or by the time you're finished they'll be closed."

Edmund stuck his tongue out at her playfully before grabbing his pen.
