Third Person POV:

In the beginning, when the universe was young and full of life, there was the Cove.

The Cove was a rift in time and space, another dimension that man has yet to discover. The Cove was much like a vault, keeping the most powerful gems in all of existence safe and hidden. The Cove was protected by an elite force one may say is the will of the Gods. Yet, it was not so. This elite force may not have had a physical being, but those who were privileged enough to get a glimpse of the Cove's gates said they saw mighty warriors made of light towering over them.

As the centuries went on, less and less left in search for them Cove, and instead told their children and their children's children The Tale of The Crystal Cove. And because of this, the Cove stopped moving from corner to corner of the universe, and finally rested in its current spot on Midgard.

In Bryce, Utah.

The Cove is sealed in the crimson hoodoos, the spire shaped rock formations encasing the Cove and becoming a tourist attraction. Though none have ever discovered the gates to the Cove or known of its existence, except one person.

Vrukore.

At this time - many years ago before anyone knew of Bryce, Utah - Vrukore was king of Thorix and ruled the planet greatly. Trade was good, Asgard and neighboring planets were on good terms with Thorix, and the people were happy. Vrukore had traveled much across the universe before he took the throne, and he one of the very few to step through the gates of the Crystal Cove.

There, he took a small gem before he was thrown back out and cast away into space. His ship found him, and he returned to Thorix. He presented the gem to his father, King Urthar, and then placed it in the center of the palace. The gem instantly bonded with Thorix, giving the people magic. For centuries the Crystal fueled Thorix with sustaining magic that could last for millions of years.

When Vrukore took the throne, however, he later began to see ways to use the Crystal to gain control over the realms. Thus, going insane with power and gaining a large following particularly in the male population. Vrukore's biggest mistake, though, was that he was blind to the intelligence of Ingrid Monroe, a young woman campaigning to be Head of The Council. (The Council worked much like the U.S. Congress at this time, to give you an idea.)

And once Ingrid Monroe was the Head of The Council, with the help of her close friend Heidi, she and the women of Thorix overthrew Vrukore and took down the throne. A great battle followed between man and woman, Vrukore and Lady Monroe and the troops of Asgard at her side. The battle was won at last, years later, and Lady Monroe then banished Vrukore and his men from the City of Thorix for eternity.
