I really don't like this updates as they are not chapters of the story lol but I have to help you confused people. I said this before if you still don't get it go read the book from the start again because I don't know how else to say this. Jamie also called james is Hera's brother. He is not in jail.
In the previous chapter keith his best friend called Hera to tell her that james her brother and his best friend called him(keith) to inform him that the guy from Hera's past who is in prison got released. Hopefully this helps if not I'm sorry I tried lol. Also I changed the wording in the previous chapter so hopefully it helps go read the part of Keith's call again.
