I tried to keep my eyes open as I drove, but they kept closing. It was 11:45 pm. I needed sleep. I found an empty parking lot and parked May's car. I set an alarm to wake up at 4:30 am. I would think that Kingpin and Dr. Octopus would still be sleeping and maybe I could easily get them and save May.

My eyes were still wet from crying. I tried to wipe the tears but they kept falling. I sighed. I hopped in the back seat and just sat there. What else could I do? I thought of Harry. My best friend since elementary school. He was great. I didn't deserve someone like him. He's like the brother I never had. And Mallory? She was amazing. I don't know the right words to describe how great of a friend she's been to me. May and Ben? They've been the greatest parents ever, even though they aren't my parents. I miss Ben so much. I sigh again and lay down.
