Connor and Evan were on the couch; Connor was watching TV, and Evan was working on some math homework. High school was slowly taking Evan's will to live as he tried his best to get good grades. He'd have many of sleepless nights doing projects and studying, and because of his therapy interfering with some classes, he would have to catch up and do the things he missed.

"Mandatory cuddles." Connor said, reaching his arms out like a child.

"Connor, I'm doing homework." Evan replied blankly, focusing on his work.

"You never have time for me." Connor complained, knowing Evan's spots.

Evan sighed, setting his things aside and laying beside Connor. "Only a few minutes."

Connor smiled victoriously as Evan lay beside him and watched the Princess Bride with him.

Connor was what you call a slacker. He didn't care about his grades, not like he ever did. He never studied, cheated off of people, and procrastinated.

"Evan?" Connor asked, his eyes glued to the TV.
"Hmm?" Evan hummed, his head on Connor's shoulder.
"Just making sure you're staying with me."
"Sorry Connor, it's just school. Trying to stay in honor roll is harder than you think."
"I already think it's hard."

Evan chuckled tiredly to himself. Connor kissed Evan's forehead and kept watching the movie.
After a minute or so, Connor noticed Evan nodding off several times, and his head would occasionally slip off his shoulder.

"Evan, baby?"

Took a few seconds for Evan to reply. He just nodded.

"Love you."

Connor didn't wanna disrupt Evan. Even though he wanted him to stay awake so they could laugh together, he really wanted Evan to take a break for a bit.

Maybe not even 30 seconds passed when he felt Evan getting a bit leany towards Connor. His shoulder dropped from his shoulder to his boyfriend's chest.

"Evan, sweetie?" Connor asked.

Connor didn't hear or feel anything, so he looked at Evan- fast asleep. His arms were loosely hugged around Connor's waist.
Connor smiled to himself as he draped a blanket over Evan and himself and continued watching the movie.

Heidi came in after another movie was put on, and walked over to the boys.

"Hey kids!"
"Hey Mrs.Hansen."

Heidi examined her boys and smiled. He noticed her son peacefully asleep on his boyfriend.

"I was going to spend time here talking to you guys, but I gues it's been backfired." Heidi laughed to herself.

She knelt beside Evan and rubbed his cheek with her thumb, kissing him goodnight. She did the same to Connor and went to her room to sleep.

Connor wished moments like these lasted forever.
