Connor sprinted towards the orchard, running as fast as he could. It didn't matter if his feet were stinging and aching. This all started as he was getting texts from Evan.
Evan: I'm sorry
Evan: I love you
My only sunshine
Connor ran towards the tree he and Evan met- the biggest one, the one with their names carved on it. It had a E+C in the middle.
You make me happy
As he approached the tree, he saw Evan on the tallest branch, on the edge of it and looking down at he grass below him. His hair was ruffled and you could see he was a bit pale.
When skies are gray
"Evan, don't do it!"
The boy didn't respond.
"Baby boy, please come to me!" Connor screamed, tearing up at the sight.
You'll never know, dear
Evan started realizing what he was doing and started inching down the tree, taking shaky movements as he did.
"That's it, come to me!" Connor said, tears streaming down his cheeks.
How much I love you
Evan was crying a bit, as he was trying to climb down, he couldn't believe he was about to do it. It pained him how he hurt his love, his boyfriend for 3 years, Connor.
Please don't take
The branch the shaking boy was supporting on snapped, giving up under his weight.

"EVAN!"
