Gohan just asked to kiss you. This moment has crossed your mind from time to time but you didn't expect it to happen now.

Gohan slowly reached over to gently take your chin in his hand to lightly raise your face upwards towards his. Then, he slowly leaned in to give you a soft and gentle kiss. His hand then held onto your cheek. His hand felt so strong as your hand rested on top of his on your face. You couldn't believe how gentle he could be. He gently broke your kiss in order to go in for another, and another, and another.

When he finished kissing your lips, he traveled to kiss you on your cheeks and your forehead. He even kissed you in the space between your eyes. As he was kissing you, he cupped your face in his hands. The act felt so genuine that you began to cry a little. Your heartfelt as if it was swelling up due to all the sensations it was feeling. You couldn't recall the last time a man gave you this much affection.

"Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to make you cry...again."

"No Gohan! These are happy tears! I just can't remember the last time I've had this much affection from a guy. You just made me feel so loved..."

"I want to make sure you feel this way most of the time you're with me. I don't know everything you've been through but clearly, you've been hurt. I want to try to take away your pain, even if I'm able to take away a little bit. If you let me stay with you for a long time, I want you to know that you can let go of that hurt. You don't have to keep carrying it around anymore."

You couldn't believe the words at first. How much has he really thought of you? Does he think of you when he wakes up? When he's exercising? When he's brushing his teeth? Does he wish for you to be there next to him at some points throughout the day? When he's in his classes, does he doodle your name in the corner of the page in his notebook and draw little hearts around them? When he's with his family, does he talk to them about you? When he's in his room and you two just finished talking on the phone, does he go to bed wishing you were lying next to him?

Because you do. You remember being in class bored and would doodle his name and draw little hearts around them. Whenever you have time to exercise, you run thinking about Gohan and how hard he could be working. You think of him so much and clearly, he thinks of you just as much if not, probably more. You merely stared at him in awe as you kept crying. Your tears were sliding onto his hands but He didn't care. The way he looked at you with such seriousness - with the yearn to care.

"You really think of me that much Gohan?"

"I do. I don't want you to feel hurt by those past guys anymore. I don't want them to have that power over you. I know you're a strong person. You just have to begin by believing in yourself more and you'll be unstoppable!"

You chuckled at his inspiring words. You felt so lucky that you bumped into him and made you fall. He made you cry out of pain but today, he made you cry out of love.

"Thank you, Gohan. You have no idea how much your words mean to me."

He kisses you again on your forehead.

"I only try. But! It's getting late. You should start getting ready for bed."

"Okay....do you maybe want to stay over?"

"Sure. I just have to run home and get some stuff. Good thing it's the weekend huh?"

"Yeah." You said with a soft smile as Gohan wiped the rest of your tears away with his shirt. After kissing you on the cheek. Gohan left to get his things. You got up and started tidying your living room area. You packed up whatever leftovers you had and threw away whatever garbage was left. Making sure the living room was clean, you went to the bathroom to take a shower. While in the shower, you couldn't help but ponder on what just happen as the water lightly hit your face. It felt like things happened so fast but they didn't. You just hated when moments like those had to end. You wished that time would slow down to almost a halt whenever Gohan kisses you from now on but sadly, that's not how things work.

You still felt lingering sadness in your chest but it was getting mixed up with lingering happiness so, you guessed that was a good sign. A good sign that your sadness was going to fade away soon enough. Exiting the bathroom in nothing but a towel, you heard a knock on the door. You thought it was Gohan and rushed over. You didn't think you were in the shower for that long. You opened the door to see Gohan with an overnight bag.

"Yo." He said raising his hand to you as he made his way into the living room again. 

"I hope you don't mind me taking the couch." You were a bit stunned because you thought you two would be sleeping in the same bed after all that kissing. But, you probably thought he didn't want to be too invasive. You only smiled at how much of a gentleman he was being.

"I don't mind at all. I'll be back." You said to him as you went inside your room. You couldn't help but keep smiling as you changed into your pajamas. You rushed back out into the living room and saw that Gohan was already studying.

"You're studying?" 

"Of course."

"But, we don't have anything coming up soon."

"We don't but it doesn't hurt to stay ahead of things. That way, I have more time to spend with you and worry less about school."

"Oh." You replied in a soft voice as you blushed a bit. You still couldn't believe how much thought he puts into you. It hasn't been long since you two began dating but so far, you're glad things are going well thus far. You hoped things could stay this way - at least for a little bit longer.
