The episode starts with Kartik and Naira being taken to OT.
Their hands were joined. Doctors tried to separate their hands but in vain. They decided to do surgery like this only.
Outside everyone was in tears. Prerna's condition was the worst. Anurag was holding her.
Prerna:- Anurag I don't want to lost Naira and Kartik!
Anurag:- Nothing will happen to them!
Nandini:- Karan! Where is Karan?
Preet:- Choti Maa right now toh chote Papa was here!
Tulsi:- I have sent Mihir and Karan to claim Mandira's body.
Ganga:- Maa!
Tulsi:- Ganga I know Mandira was bad! I agree but that doesn't mean we will not let her soul rest in peace!
Sahil:- Maa she killed Baa!
Tulsi:- When Ravan died Ram did his last rites! Ravan was also bad!
Inside the OT
The surgery was going on while the two hearts were talking to each other.
Kartik(heart):- Jaan I love you!
Naira(heart):- I love you too MENDEK!
Kartik(heart):- Jaan what if I died today?
Naira(heart):- This can't happen Kartik! If death will come na then it will come to both of us!
Kartik(heart):- Why?
Naira(heart):- Woh Rabb jab dil deta hai na Kartik toh uss dil ke 2 hisse karta hai! Ek par Radha aur doosre par Shyam likhta hai! Ek par Shiv toh doosre par Gauri! Ek par Heer toh doosre par Ranjha! When these pieces meet na they become a heart! Radha is nothing without Shyam!
Kartik(heart):- Shyam is nothing without Radha! Like that Kartik is nothing without Naira!
Naira(heart):- Naira is nothing without Kartik! Let God decide what's their in our destinies!
Kartik(heart):- I'll always love you Jaan!
Naira(heart):- I'll always love you too Kartik!
Naira and Kartik's breathing were stopping.
Naira:- Kartik!
Kartik:- Naira!
They both got their normal breathings back. They opened their eyes and turned towards each other. But they again fell unconscious due to sedations. Their hands were still joined.
Doctor went outside.
Mihir:- Doctor Naira Kartik?
Doctor(smiled):- They both love each other very much! Their hearts were pumping in same rhythm! Their breathings together became normal! They both are fine now! But you have to take care of them! Especially Naira because her wound is very deep!
Everyone was relieved. They smiled in tears.
Prerna:- Can we meet them?
Doctor:- Not now! Once they are shifted to the ward you all can meet them! But only 2 at one time!
Tulsi:- Thank you doctor!
After an hour
Naira and Kartik opened their eyes. They saw each other first.
Naira:- I love you!
Kartik:- I love you too!
Naira hissed in pain.
Kartik:- Jaan be careful!
Naira:- MENDEK! Don't irritate me!
Kartik:- I never irritate you!
Naira:- Huh!
Kartik:- I'm angry on you!
Naira:- Why?
Kartik:- Why you wore that bomb jacket?
Naira:- Kartik I had no other option! At that time everyone's safety was coming in my mind!

Mihir and Tulsi came inside.
Tulsi:- They are talking here!

Tulsi and Mihir blessed Kartik and Naira.

Tulsi:- Pain?
Naira:- Dadi we are fine!
Kartik:- Haan Dadi!
Naira:- Dadi! Mumma and Maa!
Mihir:- I'll send them inside!
Naira:- Mumma was crying na!
Tulsi:- Yes She was crying!
Mihir went outside and sent Prerna and Nandini inside.
Naira:- Mumma! Maa!
Prerna:- Bacha you Okay na? Is it paining?
Naira:- Yes its paining but not because of wound! Because you were crying!
Prerna:- When my daughter and son were in pain then....I was scared of losing you both!
Nandini:- Kartik Tum thk ho na?
Kartik:- Why you cried Mumma?
Nandini:- My both kids were in pain...
Kartik:- Mumma! Prerna Maa! This MENDEK and SHERNI will never leave you both! You have to tolerate us for whole life! You have to solve our fights every day!
Naira:- You both have to pamper me every day! You have to scold me every day Mumma!
Prerna kissed on Naira's forehead.
Naira:- Mumma where is Papa? Maa Karan Papa?
Kartik:- They both may be outside!
Naira:- I know they are crying!
Karan and Anurag came inside.
Karan:- Yes we were crying!
Anurag:- We were scared to lose our most special and smart kids who solve our every problem!
Naira:- Papa I love you!

Naira:- Papa can you please call Mumma Papa inside?
Anurag:- Wait I'll call!
Everyone came inside. Preet,Shivani,Maanvi hugged Naira and Kartik.
Shivani was crying hugging Naira.
Shivani:- Bhabhi why you did this?

Shivani:- Bhabhi you know na we can't live without you! Please don't do this again!
