The episode starts with Shreya and Naira coming out of the room.
Kartik:- Jaan everything okay?
Naira:- MENDEK everything is okay. You stop your investigation. I'm 007 not you.
Kartik:- SHERNI kahi ki. Always bombard on me.
Naira:- Toh tumhe kya problem hai.
Kartik:- How will I handle 2 SHERNI's?
Naira:- Shut up. Maa dekho na.
Nandini:- You both will never change.
Ganga:- Naira you are sensible ignore this idiot husband of yours.
Kartik:- Badi Maa aap na hamesha iski side lete ho.
Naira:- Don't worry when I'll die they will be with you.
Kartik(angry):- Jaan.
Everyone:- Naira!!!
Naira:- Arrey Relax I'm just saying a normal thing. We all know that whosoever has taken birth will die one day.
Prerna:- Naira What happened to you suddenly?
Naira:- Kuch nahi Mumma.
Bhabhi Maa:- Naira aise baat Nahi karte.
Naira:- Sorry.
Shreya:- Bhabhi you know na family loves you a lot.
Naira:- Haan I know. But seriously I want to ask something?
Kartik:- What?
Naira:- What if I die someday then?
Kartik took Naira in bone crushing hug.
Kartik:- I'll kill my self.
Naira:- No you will not.
Kartik:- Nahi I cant live without you.
Naira closed her eyes. Her water broke down. Naira broke the hug.
Naira:- I have to go Kartik.
Kartik:- Naira..
Naira shouted in pain. Prerna and Kartik held her.
Naira:- Mumma...Kartik...I have to go.
Prerna:- Naira What are you talking? We will take you to hospital.
Naira was feeling as if her time has come.
Shreya:- Bhabhi nothing will happen to you.
Naira:- After I go take care of everyone Shreya.
Everyone was in tears. Laksh started crying.
Laksh:- Bhua aapko kya hua?
Naira:- Laksh promise me that you will always take care of your all Dadi's. You will keep entertaining them like me. Promise karo Bhua se.
Akshara:- Naira What you are saying?
Naira:- Laksh promise karo.
Laksh:- I promise Bhua.
Naira:- Kartik promise me you will save the baby. Promise.
Kartik:- For me you are more important. I'll save you both Jaan.
Naira:- Promise me I said.
Kartik:- Nahi I'll not.
Naira fell unconscious. Everyone was shocked. They immediately took Naira to hospital. Naira was taken inside OT.
Doctor came out.
Doctor:- Mr Kartik Virani. I'm sorry but according to Naira's reports I can only save either Naira or the baby. Naira said that she wants to save the baby.
Shreya:- I know this Doctor. But you save Bhabhi.
Everyone was shocked.
Prerna:- What you know Shreya?
Shreya told everyone abt the reports and her convo with Naira. Everyone was shocked.
Kartik:- Naira has gone mad. Doctor you save Naira.
Prerna:- Doctor I'm also gynaecologist. Can I?
Doctor:- I know abt it Mrs Basu. You can come inside.
Prerna:- Thank you.
Prerna wore the clothes of surgery and went inside. Naira was lying unconscious. Doctor and Prerna were treating her. Naira's health started deteriorating. After almost 1 hour everyone heard baby's cry outside. Prerna took the baby girl in her arms.
Doctor:- Naira is carrying twins.
Naira shouted in pain. Finally after few minutes she gave birth to a baby boy.
Naira:- Mumma...
Prerna:- Naira nothing will happen to you.
Naira:- I have to go Mumma. I'm leaving Prem and Dhara with you. I'm sorry Mumma...
Naira started breathing heavily. Prerna was crying. The babies too started crying.
Prerna:- Naira please for your Mumma. You promised me that you will not go away from me. You can't go like this.
Naira was seeing her all the moments with Kartik,Anurag,Prerna and whole Virani family. She saw her moments with Akshara and Naitik. Naira closed her eyes. Her breaths stopped.
The whole world stopped for Prerna.
Prerna(shouting):- NAIRA!!!
Everyone outside heard the shout. Doctor went outside.
Kartik:- Doctor Naira...
Doctor:- We tried our best Mr Virani but we can't save Naira. I'm sorry she has taken her last breath. But she gave birth to a baby boy and baby girl.
Kartik fell on the ground crying.
Kartik(shouting+crying):- NAIRA!!
Everyone was crying. They weren't believing this. Kartik ran inside. He saw Prerna sitting on the floor with crying babies in her arms. She was silent. No emotions. She was dead inside. Kartik went near Naira and shook her.
Kartik:- Jaan you promised me that you will never leave me. If you will leave me how will this MENDEK live.
Everyone came inside. Nandini and Ganga went to Prerna. Tara and Naksh were holding Akshara. Laksh went to Naira.
