The episode starts with naamkaran ceremony.
Everyone was sitting while baby boy was playing with Naira's dupatta and baby girl was playing with Kartik.

The babies smiled as if they were happy hearing their new names.
Kartik(kissing on her baby girl's forehead):- KAIRA.
Naira(kissing on baby boy's cheek):- KARNA.
Naksh:- Give them to their Maamu.
Naksh picked up Karna and Kaira. The moment Naksh picked them they did their work.

Suddenly Naira saw Baa's photo falling. She ran and caught the photo but it was caught by someone else also. It was none other than Kartik. Everyone got up from their places. Kartik and Naira placed the photo back.
Naira started feeling little weird.
Naira(in her mind):- Why I feel something is going to happen?
Kartik(in his mind):- Why I feel something will happen?
Tulsi:- Kartik Naira I'm very happy that you have took care of everyone so well. Now I can die peacefully.

It was evening 6:00 pm.
Navratri was going on. Downstairs everyone was doing garba while Tulsi was sitting alone in the room.

Naira saw Tulsi absent.

Tulsi went and turned on the music system. It was her and Mihir's favourite song which she played. Naira fell on the floor crying badly outside Tulsi's room.
Kartik came upstairs and saw Naira crying. He ran to Naira.

Naira:- Dadi..
Kartik:- Dadi kya Jaan?
Kartik heard that music. Everyone downstairs also heard that music. They all are upstairs and saw Naira crying. They went inside Tulsi's room. Prerna,Nandini and Ganga went and sat near Tulsi.
Prerna:- Maa.
Nandini:- Maa..
Ganga(shouted):- Maa...
Tulsi already took her last breath a minute ago. Karan got a call. He was shocked and phone fell from his hand.
Karan(shouted):- Papa!!!
They came to know that Mihir met with accident and died at the same time at which Tulsi. Everyone was in shock. Shock was understatement for their condition.
They weren't understanding anything. Within a minute their lives turned upside down.
