I almost had a heart attack today. (not literally)
So our teacher said, "Girls come to the front of the classroom."
And I didn't move, because.. well 1, I'm not a girl, 2, I forgot that everyone thinks I'm a girl, since my mind automatically thinks I'm a dude.
Anyways, it was only about a paper with no name. The only reason she said for the girls to come up was because the paper had really good and slightly fancy handwriting (my teacher kinda enforces gender roles in a subtle way.)
So when the girl next to me came back, she said, "They just assumed our genders!" Then she looked at me and said, "I'm pretty sure you're trans, right? ...Oh, don't worry I don't judge."
My heart exploded, my face turned completely red, and I started shaking. Luckily the girl who sat next to me said, "Shut up, she doesn't want to talk about it,"
I almost frickin died cuz of how nervous I was
