So it's shark week rn, and dysphoria is slaying me... but dysphoria isn't even that bad compared to my cramps. If I move, it feels like my... yeah.... is being ripped out. If I speak I either A) scream or B) almost throw up
I swear to god I'm going to actually fucking die like wtf. This is the second time I've had them this bad, and it's not any better, worse actually.
Worst, yet best part is that it's spring break...
