Singing While Dysphoric About My Voice (158)

I try and sing when I'm dysphoric, but I actually can't, and I need to, because we have 6ish days left before the concert, and I just feel so shitty, like I'm messing everything up for the chior, but idk.

The worst time is vocalizies *I totally screwed that up* though, my voice will crack really bad, or just won't come through at all.
