We're at 90 chapters, jeez....

I've been meaning to make this chapter for ages, but I keep putting it off because that's what always seems to happen.

Obviously, not all these things will apply to everyone, it's just my personal experience.

Okay, so... things I've learned while binding

1) Sometimes, it gets way too freaking hot with a binder.

2) It actually isn't as hard to put on as everyone makes it seem to be. Not sure if I'm just a weirdo, but I've only had struggles putting one on 3 times, when I had the wrong size, my first time putting it on, and yesterday, when I disassociated while putting it on, and almost choked myself... That was fun... not really.

3) Taking it off isn't difficult either. I've never had a problem with it.

4) Try not to go above 10 hours. It tends to hurt really bad for the next couple of days.

5) A lot of people say that it's hard to breathe in a binder, for me, it doesn't, which is suprising since I have really bad asthma. The only time that it is hard ti breath is when I'm sprinting, singing, enhaling toxic or really strong fumes, or doing something that requires you to quickly exhale everything in your lungs.

6) Bending in a binder is actual fucking hell.

7) Always pack a god damn sports bra just in case...

8) Try not to twist your upper body... I almost injured my ribs doing that once.. Never again, that really hurt.

9) Don't leave your binder halfway on for more than a minute or two, cause it feels like the life is being sucked out of you.

10) Don't hold in coughs or sneezes in a binder.

11) Always sit and stand tall. Personally for me, it makes me flatter, helps my back a lot and makes it easier to breath.

I had more, but I forgot, because I forget everything tbh.
