6:00 A.M. When you come from where I live you find it's the only time where no one will bother you. And even though it's summer vacation I still like to get up and enjoy time to myself. Getting up and getting ready for my day I throw on some black jean shorts, a white shirt, and some converse. I shove my camera, songbook and cut into my purse. Leaving a note for my mom, I head out to Sweetwater river. I know there was a murder that happened awhile ago and there may be a murderer on the loose but this is my writing spot, it's something only the people closest to me see me do and it's quiet here. Parking I grab my guitar from the trunk and climb onto the hood of my truck and pull out my songbook flipping to a song i started but never finished.

*strumming* Once in awhile when you're drunk and you dial up my number and try

Don't even apologize

'Cause now that you're gone, i've moved up, i've moved on

And i'm never gonna, never gonna want to fall back on you

Every weekend, I blew off my best friends

You had my attention it was all on you

Every feeling i used to feel when my hands would fall

'Cause they were all on you

So when it's late and you're laying and missing me

Wishing you're kissing me

Saying you're pissed at me

Boy, it's all on you

Then you show up and you knock on my door and it's four in the morning

When it's raining, it's pouring, i'm gonna say we're through

And it's all on you

Boy, it's all on you

Yeah, i hope that you know that i tried and i tried and i tried to revive

Something that already died

And i learned how to forgive

Let shit go, water under the bridge

And you can save your breath, don't even apologize (don't even apologize)

For every weekend, i blew off my best friends

You had my attention, it was all on you (my attention, it was all on you)

Every feeling i used to feel when my hands would fall

'Cuse they were all on you

So when it's late and you're laying and missing me

Wishing you're kissing me

Saying you're pissed at me

Boy, it's all on you (it's all on you)

Then you show up and you knock on my door and it's four in the morning

When it's raining, it's pouring, i'm gonna say we're through

And it's all on you (All on you)

Boy, it's all on you (Boy, it was all on you)

It was all on you

You had all my attention (it was all on you)

It was every weekend (it was all on you)

I shouldn't have spent them all on you

Every weekend, i blew off my best friends

You had my attention, it was all on you (my attention, it was all on you)

Every feeling i used to feel when my hands would fall

'Cause they were all on you

So when it's late and you're laying and missing me

Wishing you're kissing my

Saying you're pissed at me

Boy, it's all on you (all on you)

Then you show up and you knock on my door and it's four in the morning

It's raining, it's pouring, i'm gonna say we're through

And it's all on you

Boy, it's all on you (all on you)

All on you

Sighing, i put my guitar down next to me and finish scribbling the last couple notes to complete my song. "Damn Rosie each song gets better and better" Turning around i see my three best friends Sweet pea, Toni, and Fang leaning against my truck. "Hey when did you guys get here and why are you here" i ask them. They share a glance before Toni says "We were looking for you, when your mom said you weren't home we figured you were here." "Well you found me, what'd you need?" Sweet Pea speaks up, "We gotta talk, let's head to pop's so we can get some food too." We all hop into my truck and i drive us to pops. After we order and get our food i look up "so what'd you guys want to talk about." Fangs looks at me and asks"did you get your letter?" "What letter?" Toni pipes in "For what school you got." They see the confusion on my face and Toni hands me a messily folded piece of paper from her pocket.

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

I'm sorry to inform you but due to some major budget cuts Southside High School is being shut down. Based on the area you live in and/or your students grades, the student is being placed into one if the other schools in our town. Attached is your students class schedule, school rule book, and any extra form(s) your student may need for their new school.

In regards,

Mayor McCoy

"So you never got your letter?" Looking up at Sweets, "No i never got this letter, what the hell is happening?" Fangs say, "Wait why didn't you get one? This was sent to every student in Southside." Getting up, grabbing my keys, and putting money down for my food i turn and say, "i don't know maybe my mom knows, i'll call you guys later."
