I opened the door slowly and poked my head out. I looked around the small building, making sure no one was there. When I knew that the coast was clear, I sighed with relief. I slid through the small opening until I was out. When I was, I closed the door slowly and quietly. When the door was shut, the sound of lightning cracking through the sky echoed through out the district. Originally, I wouldn't have recognized it, but now, I do.
There were Titan shifters near by, and that scared me. I didn't know if it was Eren, or Reiner, or Bertholdt, or maybe even Annie. But I did know that meant there was going to be a battle soon.
I started walking towards the entrance until I felt something in front of my feet. I looked down only to be surprised. It was my bag. I picked it up and examined it.
"How in the world did this get here?" I asked myself.
Suddenly, the sound of more lightning and the ground shaking snapped me out of my thoughts. When the lightning stopped, I counted how many times I heard it. To my surprise, it was 5 times.
"5 times?" I asked myself," Is there another titan shifter?"
Suddenly, the house started to shake as something grabbed the roof. I stumbled back a little, but not enough to fall, and went silent. Something started climbing over the house until it got close to the side where the entrance was. I looked over at the window next to the door, scared. I started backing up when the climbing stopped.
Suddenly, the head of a titan peered through the window. I nearly screamed, but I couldn't. Nothing came out. The titan looked at me surprised, causing me to be surprised. We started at each other for a few seconds before something snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Hey, did you find something?" asked a familiar voice.
The figure of a blonde haired girl came into view as she jumped in front of the window. When she looked in, she smiled.
"Good job Ymir!" she beamed," You found her!"
'Ymir?' I thought.
The girl ran into the building and up to me.
"There you are Hato!" she beamed.
"Hi Historia," I said," Do you....uh..... mind telling me what's going on?"
"Sure!" she said while looking at the titan," Come on Ymir!"
Suddenly, Ymir's body fell from behind the titan's head. We both looked over at her as she stood up and looked over at us. She walked into the building and smirked at me.
"You seem to be taking care of everything," she said.
I sighed as Historia smiled. Ymir walked up to us as Historia started to explain the situation.
"While we were on the expedition, one of the soldiers got hit in the head with this."
Historia pulled out a golden pocket watch from her pocket and showed it to me. My eyes widened, causing Ymir to smirk, again.
"We're guessing you sent it," said Historia.
I nodded my head.
"It was kinda obvious," said Ymir," It was a golden pocket watch with a note and Hato's ribbon on it."
"But they could have sent us that because they wanted us to know," said Historia.
Ymir sighed.
"There was music playing from the pocket watch," she stated," And as far as I know, Hato's the only one who was stuff like that."
Historia thought for a second before nodding her head.
"That makes sense," she said," But anyways, we told Commander Erwin about it and so he decided to tell the entire Survey Corps. We went and showed the entire Survey Corps and, well, Armin and Levi didn't take it that well."
"I figured they wouldn't," I said.
Ymir looked at me and snickered.
"I guess you're starting to catch onto it," she said," You're not as dense as I thought you were."
I looked at her slightly embarrassed and sighed.
"So you guys guessed I was here?" I asked.
"Well," said Historia," We were going to start searching from here, but we never guessed that you were actually here."
I smiled and looked down.
"I may have ran," I said.
They both looked at me surprised.
"Anyways," I said," We should probably get out of here."
"I was about to say the same thing," said Ymir.
"Wait!" said Historia," Hato doesn't have any gear, or weapons. How is she going to fight?"
I smirked and placed my bag on the ground. I started looking through it while Historia and Ymir looked at me confused.
"What are you doing?" asked Ymir.
"My bag usually has stuff that I don't remember having in it," I stated," So it might have a weapon."
Ymir sighed.
"There's no way a weapon could fit in a bag that sma...."
Before she could say anything else, I pulled a sniper rifle out of my bag. I smirked and looked over at them. They were both extremely surprised that a gun this size could even fit in the bag, and I can't blame them.
"What were you saying?" I asked.
"Shut up!" Ymir yelled.
I giggled a little and looked at Historia.
"Do you mind if you carry me to a really tall place?" I asked," I want to shoot Reiner for multiple reasons."
Historia looks at me with wide eyes while Ymir laughs.
"Of course!" Ymir beams," As long as we can watch."
"Uh, sure," I said," But why?"
"It'll be entertaining," Ymir explained.
"I see," I said.
Ymir smiled as Historia grabbed my hand.
"Let's just go," she said," I can't believe you're actually doing this."
I smiled.
"Well," I said," I want to get a little revenge for myself."
Historia sighed as she dragged me outside the house. My bag was now on my back and I was holding the sniper rifle. Ymir followed as Historia got ready to go.
"Ready?" she asked as I grabbed her.
"Ready!" I said.
Historia then aimed her gear at a nearby building and flew towards it, with Ymir following.
