Chapter 23 - Points

Later that day, Lisa woke up with a hangover. Oh my Jisoos... We really went hard last night, didn't we? Lisa was aching as she got up from Chaeyoung's bed. What's this?, she asked herself as she walked up to the kitchen table. There was a little note that read:

Lock the door with the key. Also, this is for your hangover, talk to you later :)

Chaeyoung left Lisa a bottle of water, an aspirin and a fresh bagel so she could eat something. There was also a spare key next to the bagel so that she could lock the door later when she would leave Chaeyoung's apartment.

She is incredible, that Chaeyoung... But wait, what time is it? Oh, I'm so late for my lecture... Yup, look at the time.

Lisa drank the water with the aspirin and took the bagel. Well, maybe I'll manage to hear the last 45 minutes of the lecture... Yeah, that would be something, at least.

When Lisa arrived at her university, and the lecture, she finally sat down to check her phone. There was one message from Chaeyoung:

I hope you found my emergency hangover kit, text me when you see this :*

Lisa replied with:

You're the best, thank you so much, it saved my life :* :*

There was also a message from Jisoo:

I hope the night out was okay and that we can see each other tonight :)

Lisa was surprised to see that Jisoo texted first, but was happy to answer back immediately:

How about that winter wonderland I promised? :)

And then there was the last message. Lisa saw it first but she decided to answer it last because she didn't know what to expect. It was from Jennie. Oh my, Lisa was sinking in her thoughts, I hope this turns out well. The message read:

Oh wow! Bangkok really knows how to get down! And not just because of my song, but really... These people can part-ay! I'll have to talk to my management to see if we can make Bangkok one of the cities for my next tour.

And then another message:

Thank you so much for sending this! <3 <3 <3 I hope you're doing okay! How is your dream of pursuing photography going? :)))

This woman.... Lisa mused with a smile. Look at that. Look at the excitement. And she took the time to ask me about photography? Like... She took interest. Okay, so what do I write back? Lisa then wrote:

Oh, I'm so glad you liked the video and the atmosphere! It was crazy last night! It would be an honor to host you in Bangkok as a performer, so yeah, if you manage to do it, I believe that Bangkok would go wild! :)

She then wrote:

I just did an interview on my photography! And it was all because you tagged me in my photos! They will be printing it out and getting it online soon, so I can send you the link!... I mean, if you're interested in seeing what your help can do haha ;)

Lisa then put her phone in her pocket and continued to follow the lecture. After she was done with all the lectures she had that day, she decided to go home to get ready for her night out with Jisoo. In the meantime, Jisoo had replied:

Sure, we'll meet up at Siam Square :)

Oh, this is going to be great, Lisa mused. I mean, yesterday was great. She sent nice messages, she didn't get upset that I changed my plans... And today she texted me first and we're going out... Maybe we really are getting better.
