"I'm 3... 2... 1... Go!!!" Ryan called out, and then they were gone.

"Alright guys! They're gone! Let's do this! Danny, you have the movie?" Tony called out.

"Yep!" Danny responded.

"Cookie, you have the snacks?" Tony asked.

"Cookies, popcorn, and drinks!" Cookie responded.

"Dave, you have the projection thing?" Tony asked.

"Yeah dude." Dave nodded.

"Kat, you've got the big white cloth?" Tony asked gently.

"Ye-Yes!" Kat said, holding it out.

"Alright. Let's go!" Tony called.

Everyone ran to the auditorium and began setting things up. Cookie put popcorn, cookies, and a drink on a trays and placed them under everyone's seats. Kat and Tony hung up the white cloth in front of the curtain. Dave set up the projection thing and Danny put the movie into it. Then everyone sat down and got ready. Dave and Danny sat together and Lizzy and Cookie sat next to one another.

"Kat." Tony whispered.

"Yeah?" She whispered back.

"Wanna sit with me?"

"S-sure!" She stuttered in excitement.

The movie was a classic Halmark Christmas movie. Tony secretly loved these types of movies, especially near Christmas, though he would never let the guys know. They would never let him live it down. He sighed, watching the screen, but finding that he wasn't paying much attention to it. His mind kept drifting to other things, specifically the beautiful girl to his left.

Suddenly he heard Kat squeal. He turned to look at her and saw she was mouthing the word "kiss" over and over again. When he glanced at the screen, the two people who were clearly going to get together by the end of the film were inches away from one another's face. Suddenly the girl pulled away and a sigh of annoyance filled the room. They were only a fourth of the way through the movie, so the couple couldn't be together yet, they all knew it but they were annoyed all the same.

When Tony looked back at Kat, she seemed really disappointed and Tony felt the urge to comfort her. He slowly moved an arm around her shoulders and gave her a side hug. She looked up at him.

"You okay?" He asked.

"Uh-Uhh. Yeah. I guess. I just wish the people in the movies weren't so oblivious! Like they clearly like one another but they are both too scared or don't even notice enough to do anything about it!" Kat complained.

Tony nodded in understanding. Not because he was annoyed by the people in the movie, but because he could relate to that situation. He was living it right now. "Maybe they just don't want to make a fool of themselves?" Tony suggested.

"Maybe. But I don't think this situation would happen in real life." Kat replied.

"No?" He asked, trying not to laugh at the irony.

"No! Obviously the friends would get involved at some point, right? I mean if the people were really that oblivious?" Kat commented.

"I don't know. I mean you know Unicorn Mann has a thing for Goldy, right?" Tony asked. She nodded in response. "And I know that. And Ryan and Tina know that, but they don't tell Goldy, they just sit around watching." Tony said, giving an example for Kat to understand, without using them as the example.

"I guess so..." Kat agreed. "But Goldy is Goldy, right? She's always been a bit...?"

"Weird?" Tony suggested.
