A brand new day in a brand new job. Jeongin's hands move around the coffee machine expertly, quickly fulfilling the requested beverage by the customers who had just entered the coffee shop where he temporarily works in, just to make enough money for his college fees.

As he grins widely and greets each customer as lively as he could, his young charm was very adorable, his smile shining against the natural rays of the sun, his sea green braces illuminating the brightness of the light. But while his almost childlike soul is captivating, Jeongin is a very determined person, and is hardly ever diverted from his work. Aside from needing the money, making coffee is something he can consider his passion. It was something very evident, though, as he was always seen with his game face on every shift, his hands working briskly around the equipment like it was home.

Just then, a girl with (H/C) hair entered, her face and eyes bright as she walked into the new cafe in town, in her black oversized hoodie, grey sweatpants and white rubber shoes. Her hair was tousled yet a bit wet, perhaps she just liked comfy clothes a little too much.

When she stopped inside the coffee shop for a quick drink to give her a boost of caffeine for the whole day, it was Jeongin, the young barista with his hair gelled up to perfection behind the counter, who got her attention first. She hardly noticed the wooden tables varnished to perfection, chairs that were suited for the homey feeling, the glass walls that were dusted with a blurry haze from the chilly weather, the books that adorned the place, the authentic vibe, and the smell of coffee beans in the air.

Her eyes were completely on the nameplate Yang Jeongin.

Eyes shy and cheeks rosy, (Y/N) stepped forward and tucked her phone inside her pocket, her hands reaching for the money she messily shoved into her small stash. Since she was the only one in line, she could take all her time to stare at him.

If she could.

"Good morning, what would the lady like?" asks Jeongin in a very sweet manner, but she could hardly concentrate on his eyes as her orbs were unconsciously directed onto his arms that flexed wonderfully while he props them on top of the counter. And although as absurd it sounds, she couldn't help but imagine what would it feel like if she was trapped in between his arms.

"Uhm..." she tried to snap out of her trance, "I would like an Americano, please."

"Large?"

"Yes," she stated, now sounding a bit more confident, "and a slice of coffee cake."

"Nah, that won't do at all," Jeongin grinned mischievously. "The coffee cake will suffice, but your coffee's a bit too bland. How about I make you something special, and if you don't like it, which I highly doubt, your Americano's for free."

She found herself nodding, "And make it extra hot," she says. "The weather's a bit cold, isn't it?"

If she's about to have a crush on this gorgeous braced barista, might as well try to strike up a conversation.
