It was early junior year when he met her, sitting in the middle row of his every class with her signature clicking stilettos of all colors, Gucci designer bag and highlights. She was very lively, the social butterfly of the school who always seemed to know everyone around the campus and attend Friday night parties but still manages to get to the top of the class. She was loud yet brilliant, always answering every question in class correctly. And that was why he was drawn to her. Every day he would try to steal a glimpse at her from his seat in the back row, and even her back profile made his heart flutter.

Late junior year he was assigned to do a project with her on music class, and the senior year students were also involved. He was beyond excited.

However, no luck.

There were two other people in that group, (Y/N), Felix, his best friend Jisung, and her overprotective brother Chan. Everytime he tries to hold a conversation with her Felix would try to not shit in his pants while trying to ignore Chan's glaring bullets in the back of his head. Meanwhile, Jisung was discreetly laughing at him, managing to dodge the question smoothly by saying that he had remembered a funny thing.

That thing, being Felix.

Although the year had ended, it rather ended on a bittersweet note.

Senior year, and Felix, unlucky for him, didn't have any classes with (Y/N). However, that didn't stop him from taking small peeks at her during lunch break, or whenever he would spot her with her group of girl friends.

Last day of school, and he saw her one last time on the day of graduation. They had a small talk, with (Y/N) obviously approaching him with a small talk underneath her sleeve. She told him that she was going to college and move with her brother to Korea, and Felix replied with the acceptance of him in a local community college. With that, they finally ended what never started, leaving Felix in a pool of regret.

If only he could rewind junior year. If only he could've mustered the courage to talk to her back then. If only.

That was their last goodbye. Or so he thought.

Summer freshman college, he saw her again, and his feelings hit replay.

"(Y/N), I...like you. Do you want to go on a date with me this Saturday-fuck."

Felix groaned as he fell face first on his bed, ignoring the crunchy chips his friend Jisung was chewing loudly. He brought his head up and glared at his friend, who gave him a wide grin.

"Dude," Jisung says, "if you're gonna ask her out like that, then I tell you, it won't work." he stated as he stuffed a handful of Lays in his face, filling his cheeks with the junk.

"Well then, how do I do it?" Felix groaned, obviously frustrated. "I'm literally out of ideas now, and you raiding my fridge isn't helping."
