Jughead PoV
The doctors and nurses rushed my dad into surgery and I got told to sit and wait so I call Betty
Jughead- Hey Betts, that's my dad gonna into surgery
Betty- Okay That's good, I gotta whisper,I just got Brooklyn to sleep because she is being really moody lately
Jughead- oh okay. I was gonna ask you to come down the the hospital and wait with me but I don't want you to disturb Brooklyn
Betty- I will call my mom to come down and watch cookie and Brooklyn if you want ?
Jughead- that would be great thanks
*call ends*
I wait for Betty to arrive. When I see her come in she looks worried
"What's wrong babe?" I ask as she sits down next to me
"Brooklyn is having a hard time sleeping, your dads in hospital, my mom might be moving away, Juliet stabbed someone and on top of all that my dad is getting let out as a free man on two weeks" Betty said and lightly Cries into my chest
"First of all your amazing for dealing with all of this and hey Brooklyn is just a baby, she will soon adapt to life, my dad is gonna be fine..he's a fighter, your mom won't move to far I hope.. Juliet only stabbed him because he was heading to my dads body and I will absolutely not let your dad anywhere near you or the kids until you are ready to face him" I say
"This is why I love you juggie"Betty says and I smile
We waited for hours, we waited so long that Toni, Cheryl and sweetpea had to drop Juliet at the hospital because they were busy
"Sorry we had to drop her off here, we have some serious serpent business to do and we can't supervise juls at the same time" Toni says
"It's all good, we couldn't expect you guys to take care of her for this long" I say and they leave
"When can we see papa fp?" Juliet asked
"The doctors will tell us soon" Betty says
"Here play a game on my phone" I say and she immediately grabs it
"Please don't snatch baby, it's not nice" Betty says
"Sorry but I really wanted to play a game" juls replies
We wait about half an hour and then the doctor came through
"Anyone for Mr jones?" The doctor asked
"We are, how is he" I ask
"The surgery went well, you guys can see him when ever you are ready, he is in room 564" the doctor says and leaves
"Did you hear that juls, grandpa is gonna okay" I say picking her up and we go find his room
We walk in the door to see my dad sitting up in his bed
" papa fp!!" Juliet ran straight over to his bed
"Hey jules, how you doing?" Asked my dad wile Juliet made herself comfy in his bed right next to him
"I'm fine, how are you?" Juliet asked
"Well I'm great except from that I'm in the hospital with a few broken ribs, my eye sight has weakened, something wrong with my lungs, concussion and heaps of tubes stuck to me" my dad said sarcastically
"Well at least you feel good" Juliet said shrugging here shoulders and I just face palm and sit next to Betty I'm the chairs
" so what's going on with you guys?" My dad asks
" we're hanging in there, Brooklyn is horrible at keeping quiet we now have a puppy called cookie" Betty says
"Yea I kinda want to give Brooklyn away to someone else because she is really annoying me now, I need my sleep" Juliet says
"You can't give her away, I remember the time you were so excited about having a sister you wouldn't stop talking about it, what happened" my dad asked
" she fit annoying, she just cries all night I do love her so much but sometimes she needs to shut her mouth" Juliet says sighing
"Sounds a little like someone I know" I say raising my eyebrows while looking at juls
"Don't you raise your eyebrows at me" she snaps back
"I made you in can raise my eyebrows all I want" I replies
"Well I made you life way better than it was before I can into the world" Juliet says narrowing her eyes
"Oi you two, stop it right now, Jug get a grip your an adult and Juliet just be quiet please" Betty says cutting off the argument
"Juliet.... how did you get this big bruise?" My dad says concerned
"I think I might of got it when I stabbed a ghoulie" she said with no care in the world
"Stabbed... a ghoulie, can someone explain" fp said while staring at me and Betty
"Well we allowed her to go and save you with most of the serpents and she ended up stabbing one of them, but he was gonna hurt you so she kinda just panicked but she isn't hurt or anything" I said
" well she obviously did get hurt, look at this bruise" my dad said
"No I didn't get hurt, Well not from saving you, I got this bruise because I ran into.... a door at the bar" Juliet said thinking of something
"Okay can we get off this subject?" Betty says smiling
"I'm sorry but visiting times are over, since he has a few more operations he needs his rest" the nurse come in and says
"It's okay thank you" I say
"Bye mr jones, come on juls, Grandma is getting inpatient she is literally blowing up my phone" betty says
" bye grand- oops I mean papa fp" Juliet says laughing
