Hey Everybody! (Ashton Irwin)

This takes place 3 years ago if you haven't watched the Hey Everybody music video! Ashton is 21. Or WAS 21...not anymore though 😂

I woke up to my brother jumping on my bed.

"Y/N! Y/N! Get up! Get up!" He yelled, excitedly. He continued jumping on my bed even when I opened my eyes.

"What could you possibly want?" I asked him, waking up in a rush. "Did something bad happen to dad?" I asked, scared.

He shook his head. "No. It's my birthday remember? You flew out here yesterday for my birthday party! Remember?" He asked, excitedly.

I smiled but got up. "Get out of my room right now buddy. I'll be down right after I've showered and gotten ready." I told him, patting his head as he walked out of my room. I walked into my bathroom and got out of my pajamas. Afterwards I walked out with a towel wrapped around my hair and waist. I plugged in my hair dryer and started drying my hair while brushing my teeth. (I actually do this...so yeah...I just learned it's not the impossible) After my hair was, as you could say. A bit dry, I got dressed. I looked inside of my closet for something at least decent to wear. I wouldn't want to make bad impressions on my family. I wore this

I walked downstairs and sat at the kitchen island. My dad had just finished his coffee.

"Ok. Y/N family, guests, Hayden's friends, and this one guy who dresses up as a lizard will be here in a bit. Watch out for them please." He said.

I nodded as I sat on the cushioned couch connected to the three way window. As guests arrived I led them to he backyard. I said hi and hugged family members. Most of them asked how work was. I told them it was great. Finally one last car popped up. It was a man I had never seen before and I became confused. He picked up a bag from his car and made his way towards the front door as I opened it. He looked up and let me just say. He had the most gorgeous Hazel forest green eyes I had ever seen in my life. Our eyes widened and I stepped back a bit!

"Am I at the wrong house or..?" He asked. I tilted my head, confused.

"It depends. Are you supposed to be dressing up as a lizard at a birthday party?" I asked him. He nodded. "Then come on in here before you sweat." I told him, letting him in.

"I think I'm going to sweat anyways. I have...this...thing." He told me, lifting up the bag.

I frowned. "Want me to put a couple of icepacks in there so it's at least a bit...cold?" I asked him.

He shook his head. "No no. I'm fine. I have to get used to it." He told me. "Where's your bathroom?" He asked. I pointed upstairs.

"3rd door on the left." I told him. He looked at me before smiling and heading upstairs. I followed shortly after. He came out and I sat near the door, waiting.

"You didn't have to wait..." He told me. I shrugged.

"I did if you need help walking down the stairs. They're steep." I told him, grabbing where is arm was. He looked at me with concern. "

I could make you fall...I'm a big...whatever I am." He told me.

I laughed. "Please. I'd have a soft cushion to land on." I told him before leading him downstairs. I held on the the railing as my other hand held his arm. I looked back to see if he was good and I tripped. Before I could fall I felt 2 and grab my waist pulling me back up.

"Are you ok? Are you good?" He asked me, concerned and checking me.

I nodded. "I'm good. Thanks for catching me." I told him before gaining my balance. We made it downstairs and out to the backyard where no child could see us. My dad came over.
