Covers to Tours (Hailey X Calum) P1

You never really get appreciated when you're under someone's shadow. When...someone is on a higher level than you. When..someone makes you feel like you're a piece of trash. Well...that's until they found me. That's until, he found me.

I sat down in front of the camera for the 16 time, bit the inside of my lip and making an awakward wave. I glanced up at it a few times before saying something. "Hi. My name is Hailey and I'm going to be doing a cover on 5 Seconds of Summer's When You Walk Away. Here we go." I said. I started picking my guitar before I started singing.

I wasn't really popular on YouTube. I only had about 19 subscribers. But, I loved doing covers. Most importantly, I loved singing. It made me calm, it made me smile.. but...it also made me happy. Singing was one of the few talents I had. One of the only talents I had. But I never let it so towards anyone. Everyone thought I was just a quiet, shy girl who was just a good two shoes. Which, was sonly halfway right. Sure, I was shy, I was also rather quiet. But if you knew me, you'd see how happy, and full of joy I was. Not some anxious non-social girl.

I finished the song and I managed a small smile. "I hope you liked it guys. Subscribe and tap that notification bell. Well...only if you'd like. You don't have to. I love you guys! Bye!" I said,before turning off the camera. I sighed real quick before I went to my laptop. This was going to be a bit of an edit to handle.

After about 2 hours of editing, I finally got everything perfectly done. Everything looked good and I turned up the brightness on it a bit so it wouldn't seem as my camera was a crappy one, as it was. I thought a bit before I published it on YouTube. I was always self-conscious about myself and I never really had a high esteem. But I uploaded it anyways. It's not like many people would watch it anyways.. Or so that's what I thought...

(Calum's POV)

I sat on the bed, bored out of my mind, looking through YouTube. Sometimes I need really understood how people found interest in this thing. It was so boring. As well as annoying since the guys and I sometimes used the laptop at the studio and Michael would forget my account was on..so I'd get random notifications from random gamers. Yeah, pretty annoying.

I sighed one last time. Though as I was about to give up on YouTube, something caught my eye. A video of the name of, "My Cover of When You Walk Away by 5SOS." I raised an eyebrow before I clicked on it. Right away, my eyes got captured by a girl with hazel blue eyes and brown hair. She looked beautiful. I listened carefully throughout her cover of the song. Her voice was softer than Luke's. And I could see her glistening hazel blue eyes from the screen.

As it ended, I was in complete shock. I wanted to meet this girl right away. I wanted to do something with her. And that's when an idea struck me.
