Chapter 1! Page 1!

It's September 11, 1979 on earth 38. The planet Krypton is being destroyed. Jor-El is choosing to save his son Kal-El by putting Kal-El in a small rocket and sending him to earth. Joe-El says earth has an atmosphere very similar to Krypton's atmosphere.

Lara says do you think earth will accept him?!! Jor-El says he'll be a god to them!! Joe-El puts Kal-El in the small rocket and turns it on. Jor-El launches the small rocket. Jor-El also has Kal-El's cousin Kara-Zor-El get in a rocket. Jor-El looks at Kara-Zor-El and says Kara go with Kal-El to earth and protect him. Kara-Zor-El says okay. Jor-El launches the small rocket that Kara-Zor-El is inside of. The planet Krypton suddenly blows up.

The small rocket that Kal-El is inside of crashes and lands somewhere right outside of Smallville. A married couple named Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent get out of their truck. The impact from the crash caused the truck to get a flat tire. Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent both walk towards the small rocket. The small rocket opens. Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent notice Kal-El. Kal-El climbs out of the small rocket. Jonathan Kent goes to take the flat tire officials of the truck. Martha Kent smiles at KAL-El while saying all these years as happy as we've been how I prayed and prayed the good Lord see fit to give us a child. Kal-El hugs Martha Kent. Jonathan Kent says honey will you hand me that rag up there?!! Martha Kent hands Jonathan Kent a rag from the truck. Martha Kent says you take things easy now Jonathan remember what Dr. Fry said about that heart of yours. Jonathan Kent smiles. Jonathan Kent says now the first thing we gotta do when we get home is find out who that boys proper family is.

Martha Kent says he hasn't got any... Not around here anyway?!! Jonathan Kent says Martha are you thinking what I think your thinking?!! Martha Kent says we could say he's a child of my cousin in North Dakota and just now orphaned?!! Jonathan Kent smiles and says oh Martha?!! Martha Kent says Jonathan he's only a baby?!! Jonathan Kent says Martha now you say how we found him... Martha Clark Kent are you listening to what I'm saying?!! Kal-El suddenly lifts the truck upwards causing Jonathan Kent to fall backwards into Martha Kent's arms. Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent both look at the small rocket and at each other. Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent look at Kal-El. Jonathan Kent drops the rag on the ground in amazement.
