Otis unfolds the map revealing that it's 2 separate parts and puts both parts in specific spots on the floor. Lex Luthor says where was I? Otis says California? Lex Luthor says California right... The San Andreas fault maybe you heard of it?!! Clark Kent says yes it's the joining together of 2 land masses, the fault line is unstable and shifting which is why you get earthquakes in California from time to time!! Lex Luthor says wonderful couldn't of said it better myself?!! Lex Luthor points at the part of the map that shows San Andreas with his cane while saying everything West of this line is the richest most expensive real estate in the world... San Diego, Las Angeles, San Francisco... Everything on this side of the line is just hundreds and hundreds of miles of worthless desert land which just so happens to be owned by.. Lex Luthor hits Otis with his cane. Otis says Lex Luthor incorporated!! Lex Luthor says now call me foolish, call me irresponsible?!!... It occurs to me that a 5 megaton bomb planted at just the proper point would.. Clark Kent says destroy most of California... Otis grabs the other part of the map and puts it on top of the other part of the map.

The part of the map shows Lex Luthors new West Coast which is made up of Teschmacher Peaks, Marina Del Lex, Luthorville, Lex Springs, Lexington, and Costa Del Lex. Lex Luthor says Costa Del Lex, Luthorville, Marina Del Lex.. Lex Luthor sees the name Otisburg written on the map right next to Luthorville. Lex Luthor says Otisburg.. Lex Luthor pauses and says Otisburg?!! Otis says miss Teschmacher... She's got her own place Mr. Luthor?!! Lex Luthor says Otisburg?!! Otis says it's a little bitty place?!! Lex Luthor says Otisburg?!!! Otis says okay I'll just wipe it off that's all?!!... With a little towel. Otis gets down on one knee and wipes Otisburg off of the map with a little towel. Clark Kent says your a dreamer Luthor... A sick twisted dreamer?!!!!... Your plan couldn't possibly work!! Lex Luthor says I'll admit there were a few problems adjusting the trajectory of the missile... Finding the optimum stress point for the fault line itself which by the way is target zero which is right here!! Lex Luthor stabs the part of the other part of the map that says San Andreas fault with his cane. Lois Lane is driving through the San Andreas area. Lois Lane is going to be interviewing the owner of a casino. The original trajectory of the 2 missiles suddenly changes to the trajectory that Lex Luthor created. The government tries to stop the 2 missiles by aborting the mission that the 2 missiles are being used for but it doesn't work. Lex Luthor says what do you think supe baby?!!... Interesting?!! Clark Kent says well your theory is quite impressive Luthor.. Lex Luthor says Otis would you go to the viewing room please?!! Otis leaves the room. Clark Kent says but as for the rest it's nothing but a sick fantasy!! Lex Luthor laughs and says fantasy no... It's history, it's happening superman!! Lex Luthor yells miss Teschmacher!!!!!! Lex Luthor looks over at a box made of lead. Clark Kent lets go of Lex Luthor. Clark Kent tries to use his x-ray vision on the box but sees that it's made of lead. Clark Kent says you diseased maniac... Did you really think you could hide it from me by incasing it in lead?!! Clark Kent grabs Lex Luthor with his left hand and throws him. Clark Kent says I'll mold this box into your prison bars!! Lex Luthor says don't touch that?!! Clark Kent opens the box discovering that the kryptonite necklace is sitting inside of it. Lex Luthor smiles and says I told you... It's a necklace that I created for you... You remember that crystal that made you weak don't you well I decided to call it kryptonite superman!! Lex Luthor says by the way I was the guy in the robot suit of armor!! Lex Luthor grabs the kryptonite necklace and puts it on Clark Kent. The kryptonite necklace makes Clark Kent really weak. Clark Kent says you don't even care where the other missile is heading do you?!! Lex Luthor says sure I do... I know exactly where it's heading... Hackensack New Jersey!! Lex Luthor leads Clark Kent into a room that has an indoor pool and pushes him into the pool.
