Trust Is Like A Glass

When Life Leaves No Choice

It was a sleepless night in Byun mansion. Mr Byun spent his night at study room trying to connect with V.I. P.  of different levels who could help him to get rid of these false accusation papers. But everything went in vain. Someone has perfectly made strong false evidence against him to ruin him overnight.

And for Baekhyun it was a night in which he has first stood Infront of so much cruel realities of life. According to Mr Byun he has tried several times to talk with Chanyeol before he called Baekhyun. But Chanyeol didn't give him any scope to talk. To Baekhyun now only his father is important,he wants to forget what has just happened with him.

The night ended...... Mr Byun calls Baekhyun to his study room. Baekhyun can understand his father's situation now. Both of them remain silent few minutes. Baekhyun breaks the silence,

"Dad.... everything is going to be okay, right?"

" I don't know, Baekhyun. Someone has framed me in very planned way. Even they has taken help from ministry and mafia family to form a strong false evidence. If those papers are presented to court today, they will immediately take me to custody. That's the first step of their success in ruining me. Those papers signed and already presented means further investigation won't be possible in near future. If I get stuck at custody right now, they have further plan to destroy me . "

" What will we do now?"

"A mafia family has wanted to help me . They are just rival of the mafia family of the group who are trying to ruin me . The mafia family will give me under coverages . Somehow this case need further investigation. A lot time is needed for that. They have assured me to help."

" Do you know the meaning of handshaking with a mafia family?... It's so dangerous!!!"

" I know , Baekhyun. I only have this way to follow right now. I don't want to be jailed under such lebel of national traitor. Now,I have nobody around to help me. Even Chanyeol won't help . I have taken decision already to get undercovered by them."

Baekhyun doesn't know what to say. What he can feel that now Byun family is now staying on a fine thread, reality is playing with them by leaving no choice . Mr Byun continues,

" You are not involved with me. You will live with your aunt from now until I return. I don't want you to involve with those notorious mafia family. They can betray at any time,I know. Even I can't trust them.... But sometimes life leaves no choice behind."

Baekhyun can feel tears on his cheeks. Mr Byun wipes tear from his son's cheeks and tries to console Baekhyun," your father will be back soon.... Stay strong... Take care of yourself at least for me. Don't go back to Chanyeol , I don't want you to get hurt anymore and someone to make you suffer ."

Baekhyun hugs his father. He loves his father a lot,even more than himself. Baekhyun says while sobbing," I will be okay here. You don't have to worry. Just please take care of yourself. Don't skip any meal and follow your prescription accurately. I know everything will be okay soon. We are honest, ain't we?.... I will miss you a lot ."

Baekhyun bades goodbye to his father with the hope everything is going be okay soon . Mr Byun can't use any of his own cars. The mafia family has sent a car for him,he has to ride in the car from a area out of CCTV.

After saying goodbye to his father, Baekhyun starts to get ready for his aunt's home. But suddenly the intercom shows a police car is waiting at the gate of Byun mansion. Shriver runs through Baekhyun's spine,what if his father is still near mansion or hasn't yet get into the car or is not away from here!

He has to buy as many as time possible from them..... And..... Baekhyun has taken decision......

Baekhyun talks with the polices through intercom. He tries to distract them by continuous questions. But it didn't take too much time. He orders the gate-keeper to open the door. But Baekhyun has still a plan with him.

If he tries to stop them then it will get worse .May be his father will get caught. Baekhyun tells the maids that if polices ask anything then they will answer that Mr Byun is at study room.No maids know that Mr Byun has already left,so it's an extra advantage for Baekhyun.

Baekhyun enters the study room. One of the largest private study rooms plus library in Korea. Byun mansion is a amazing architectural mansion in whole Korea. One of it's attractions is this study room . The zigzag pattern of bookshelves has given corridors with complexity . If any person enters in the corridors without maps , it's enough to take long time to get way to get out of it . All of this inside corridors of bookshelves look like exactly same.

Baekhyun can hear sounds of footsteps towards the study room. He takes position in such a place of corridor from where there's 5 option to change ways. Now he can hear their voice, "Mr Byun...Are you here?"

But Baekhyun keeps stand still. He won't move until they come closer.Now their loud annoyed voice can be heard,

" Mr Byun, the prosecutor has said us to shoot you,if you don't co-operate us. You better know that you can't avoid custody. Anything you do or anything you say will be used against you."

Baekhyun thinks to himself," they are trying to scare me. I am not armed with weapons. They won't shoot me. Baekhyun,keep buying more time. The more,the better."

Baekhyun can hear the footsteps getting closer. He runs towards the way from where no footsteps can be heard. He has to spent as much as time possible.

The polices, who are trying to catch Mr Byun , are impatient now. They are shouting," Mr Byun.... Surrender from yourself.... These are going against you."

Baekhyun is trying best not to get caught. This study room is so familiar to him. He is getting advantage of it, but he knows he will not get so much time . Everytimes of his changing position the footsteps are getting closer.

But what Baekhyun doesn't know. He is now a part of dangerous game. One young police officer among these polices is working for the group trying to ruin his father. Even the corrupted police has got order to kill Mr. Byun, if any chance he gets as soon as possible . And unfortunately this corrupted police has got the chance.

A part of Baekhyun's sweater can be seen through the bookshelf where small books are kept. In excitement the young corrupted police officer thinks he can't miss any chance .

Right then a loud sound of shooting was heard in Byun mansion.......
