Trust Is Like A Glass

To Break A Dream

It's been more 5 months Baekhyun is still staying with Kyungsoo. 2 weeks ago suddenly Baekhyun received a call from attorney Kai,

"Baekhyun,the case has suddenly turned. The investigators have suddenly found something amazing. The money which are said to be exported by your father was first deposited in a Korean account from where it got distributed in several international banks. From those international banks those money were converted into local currency ,then was invested in several casinos . That's why the investigators couldn't be traced the money in Korean currency. Fortunately now we can trace the track how the money was constantly transferred from banks to banks. The tracing is indicating uncle Byun's innocence. Just wait a bit. I hope within this week we would be able to make uncle Byun free."

" Thanks you so much, Kai-shi," Baekhyun's happy voice could be heard from opposite side.

" You should thank Chanyeol. He is the one who made possible to trace such complex track by using different sources. Whatever,the court has called an emergency trial for this case. Wish us a luck,Baekhyun-shi."

Within a week Baekhyun's father got free from custody. Baekhyun cried so hard hugging his father. Mr Byun just smiled and assured Baekhyun that everything going to be okay soon. Chanyeol is expecting to get Baekhyun back as soon as all procedures of this case ends .

Baekhyun requested his father to take him somewhere far where no complexity of life will be able to touch them. Mr Byun assured that after Baekhyun gives birth to his grandchild, he will take Baekhyun outside this city for few days to give him Baekhyun relief  from post traumatic stress.

So, Baekhyun is now happy. He has prepared himself to move with his father as soon as possible. His father has hired a little home to stay until the case ends. Baekhyun can't wait to move there sooner. Kyungsoo said he would help them to prepare the new home as Baekhyun shouldn't do much work . Baekhyun is in his 8th month of pregnancy and already got a big baby bump.

Today while doing some library work for assignment, Kyungsoo receives a call from Chanyeol.

"Chanyeol hyung?"

From other side Chanyeol's broken voice can be heard,

"Kyungsoo, Baekhyun's dad has been shot twice while coming to attend trial. May be the media has already started showing it as breaking news. Please, don't let Baekhyun to know anything right now. He will not be able to tolerate this. I will  take Baekhyun  in hospital after Dad's condition becomes bit stable. I am with him now. Until then please keep Baekhyun away from any social media or TV."

"Okay, hyung," Kyungsoo hears others side to be disconnected. He feels his heart is missing beats per second. He hurriedly close the books and runs through the corridor.

While Kyungsoo arrives home,he takes a deep breath before opening the door. He has to act normal infront of Baekhyun no matter what.

As he enters inside he can hear the sound of T.V. coming from drawing room. He wish it's something entrainment channel other than any Korean channels.He removes the folded curtain with trembling hand to enter in drawing room.

Baekhyun is watching the TV  and TV showing the news that "Famous Media Tycoon and executive shareholder of multinational company Mr Byun is dead because of gunshot injury while on way to attend trial of money laundering case !!!"

  Kyungsoo feels chills running through his spine. The TV shows part of Mr Byun's dead body lying inside the ambulance. Kyungsoo takes the remote from floor in trembling hand and turn off the TV.

Baekhyun is still looking at the TV . Seeming like the TV is showing something at which Baekhyun is still attentive.

"Baekhyun!!?" Kyungsoo calls in trembling voice.

"When will this dream break down, Kyungsoo? It's taking too long time today to break," Baekhyun sighs and stands up seeming like it's totally normal . He ignores the standing Kyungsoo and steps towards dining table.

He takes a glass and start pouring water from jug. Kyungsoo can't understand what to do now. Baekhyun is thinking all of these are happening inside his dream

Baekhyun keeps pouring water on glass,even it's already full of water. He is expecting after pouring down  all the water in this glass, the dream will break down.

Kyungsoo's phone starts to ring again. The screen showing Chanyeol's name. Kyungsoo receives the phone without any delay. Right now he is feeling he needs help to manage Baekhyun.

"Hyung!" Kyungsoo almost sobs.

" Kyungsoo,are you with Baekhyun? Baekhyun doesn't know anything yet , right?" Chanyeol asks in shaking voice.

" Hyung,he knows everything. When I came home,he was watching the breaking news on TV."

"What!!!"

Baekhyun pours the last drop of water from jug into the glass. Now water is running through the table and now wetting the floor.

"If this dream doesn't break from itself,I will make it end," Baekhyun mumbles to himself. He takes the knife from fruit basket.

"Baekhyun is acting so strange. I don't know what to do now," Kyungsoo says while he notices Baekhyun taking knife from fruit basket. Before Kyungsoo understands anything Baekhyun runs the sharp edge of knife over his wrist to cut the vein .

"Baekhyun ,nooooo....!!!" Chanyeol hears scream of Kyungsoo, before the call gets disconnected.

Hi,yes a new update...

My vacation is gonna be end  today...gonna leave home and hometown 😔.. So,next update gonna be bit late...
