the losers literally presented a whole speech on safety precautions at the park

they all acted fine, internally all dying
richie is into it and within the first 5 minutes, he already has a shit ton of junk food
eddie refusing to go on rides
bill acting brave, yet he honestly despises rides

stan is the one who watches at the entrance and holds everyone's shit
