The first thing that Taehyung feels when he wakes up is a striking pain on his abdomen, along with a massive headache and a clenched throat tightness from it being so dry.

For a moment everything felt confusing, until a massive rush of memories all instantly cruised his head and that's what made him snap his eyes open.

At first he's blinded by the bright light of the familiar lamp of the medical room in the Oasis building, but then he feels a delicate touch on his hand, making him slowly shift to look at a frustrated Jungkook, who's laying his head besides their hands glued together.

The sight alone made Taehyung's heart smile.

"Jungkook," Taehyung manages to whisper lowly, almost inaudible but Jungkook must've heard because he snapped his eyes up and lets out a massive sigh of relief.

The first thing Taehyung notices is the massive bags under his eyes and his swollen orbs from most likely crying. Taehyung hated seeing the younger in such a horrible state like this.

"Uh you're awake," Jungkook sighs and leans to press a kiss against Taehyung'a forehead.

The older hums softly and smiles meekly, "You honestly think I can die so easily?"

The comment made Jungkook smile forcefully before letting his eyes fall down to their hands and he closes his eyes gently, "He shouldn't have done this to you. He had no right."

Taehyung realized who he was talking about and sighs heavily, "Kook, he had every right to."

"How?" Jungkook snaps and looks up at him, "Taehyung you saved me, you took me to him when he was alive and-"

"But I hurt him," Taehyung whispered numbly, "I don't want him to forgive me Jungkook, I don't deserve it."

Jungkook furrows his eyebrows and sits up, making Taehyung sigh heavily to his unreadable eyes, "Why- Taehyung..... What the hell is going on?"

Taehyung didn't say anything at first only look at Jungkook and holds his hand tighter, "This was during my blood lust against you. I hated you so bad Kook, and I've thought of killing him so many times, even while patching him up I still had the urge to just stab him but Kai always held me back, saying to use him as leverage instead over you. I didn't want that, I just wanted to kill him.

Jungkook's expression falls, just as Taehyung takes a deep breath and nods to himself, "So..... Whenever he was in his drugged state....... I would... To satisfy my needs.....I would always suffocate him with a pillow..... Just until I saw his heart monitor start moving at a rapid pace before taking it out, and he remembers that. I was the devil in his ear..... I kept whispering to him how much you hate him that you never went after him and so many hurtful things that must've mentally fucked him....... Whenever he would wake up, I had to make Kai put him to sleep most of them time since whenever I tried.... I would hurt him... Bad..... Physically."

Taehyung continues to tell and Jungkook's eyes only got darker and darker with anger but he kept himself at bay, "After your kidnapping.... That would've been a good time to release him? Wouldn't it...... But I didn't.... I was.... Scared that since we finally got to calm waters that you would act up again, and we would be against each other..... I wanted to be prepared to mentally hurt you..... And so I kept him for myself..... I showed you to him and hoped that triggered a memory but I was never going to give him back to you. I thought that now that you knew he was a alive...... I.... I could have a better hold of you."

The two didn't say anything after Taehyung finished but just as predicted, Jungkook shoots to his feet, making Taehyung breathe heavily and look up at his angry lover, but surprisingly, he's not shaking in heavy ing anger.
