A trip inside

"...Shly. Ashley!" I jolt as I realize my name is being called. My green eyes scan the room and quickly realise I am surrounded by four black haired blue eyed boys who seemed to be anywhere from the age of 14 to the late twenties. They look familiar, but if you asked me to name them, I'd be royally screwed.

With them was a redhead who was smiling way to wide for my taste or comfort. Her skin seemed to be a darker version of pastel green.

The last person I could name. Amelia.

I couldn't help but smile softly in response. "Hi."

This received quite a few wacks from Amelia. "Hi?! You make me think you're dead, and all I get is a hi?!"

I shrug. "You can take it or leave it." She hits me twice more before crossing her arms with a huff.

"I'll take it. Now have you any rules for us navigating your mind to find your memories or what?"

I interlaced my fingers and brought my hands up so that they blocked my mouth before moving them down so I could speak. "Do as you wish. Just...don't tell anyone else besides the people in this room what you see."

The redhead extended her arm towards me and her eyes flashed as I was thrown into my subconscious.

Third person:

Inside the mind of the ex-assassin, her friends found themselves standing in what could only be Camp Half Blood. Empty picnic tables surrounded them. Past the tables lay the cabins for the different gods, creating a gigantic U. One thing about the scene was different. In the center nod the tables stood a pole with cracked wooden signs pointing in different directions. The signs were labeled in Ancient Greek in neat red lettering. The letters started to rearrange so they were in English. θύμηση. Memory. Well, more like mem-ory. The sign was nearly broken in half, the part with the ory was swaying slightly in the nonexistent wind.

"Creepy..." Dick muttered to himself as they started to walk down the path labeled memory. The farther down the path they walked, the farther they seemed from the Hades cabin, which is where the arrow had been pointing. The fog seemed to grow thicker and the trees seemed to lose their leaves and their bark blackened to the color of soot.

M'gann let out a shriek as he saw something run past her in the corner of her eye. Subconsciously she reached out to grab the arm of the person nearest to her---Amelia. The child of Loki couldn't help but blush. Smoothly she slipped her hand into the alien's hand.

Everyone had turned towards where M'gann was looking. When they turned back, a red headed girl with a Camp Half Blood t-shirt who was holding a blue hairbrush blocked their path.

Jason relaxed slightly. "It's only Rachel." He swaggered towards her.
" Here to show us the way?"

Instead of an answer, she lunged forwards and gripped his arm. Everyone watched in horror as a green smoke started to come out of her mouth.

Amelia cautiously stepped forwards. "She's probably just going to recite the prophecies. Don't interrupt her and don't move."

And that's exactly what she began to do in a raspy voice that seemed to echo her own. "Wisdom's daughter walks alone." As if summoned, a door popped up to show Annabeth talking to...was that a spider woman? "The Mark of Athena burns through Rome." The image changed. Now Annabeth was holding a single coin, with Ashley peering over her shoulder. "Twins snuff out the angel's breath, Who holds the key to endless death." The image now showed Nico in a giant jar. "Giants' bane stands gold and pale, Won through pain from a woven jail." The spider lady was back, this time trapped in a gigantic Chinese finger trap.

The imagined Rachel seemed to grow younger. "Child of Lightning, beware the earth." Jason Grace was shown fighting Gaea. "The giants' revenge the seven shall birth." Seven of Ashley's friends were seen as she stood patiently behind them, a look of longing and sadness on her face. "The forge, death, and the dove shall break the cage." Piper, Ashley , and Leo were freeing the goddess Hera. "And death unleash, through Hera's rage." This image was just white light that formed a figure.

'Rachel' disappeared into a cloud of green smoke.

M'gann smiled . "Ok, let's get to work."
