Dahye Jeong was born on the 9th of January, 1998. She was 16 when she died.
Dahye had a younger sister she loved very much. She often saved up her pocket money to buy some sweets to her, and told her deepest secrets to her. They both helped their family with chores, because their parents were busy with work, running a restaurant. Dahye's parents had arguments sometimes, but it didn't seem to affect her much. Dahye's dream was to become a dentist, but her mother wanted her to become a soldier.
Dahye's father died on the October of 2015 due to cancer he'd been fighting against for a while. He reunited with his beloved daughter in heaven.
Her body was recovered on her sister's birthday, and returned to her family. She now rests at Ansan Sky Memorial Park. She was previously at Pyeongtaek Lakeside Memorial Park, but she was transfered next to her father.
