"Wake up!!" Daisy yelled as she shook my shoulder. "You're getting really annoying about the whole waking me up thing." I groaned and scrubbed my face with my hands.

"We have to get to the airport. WE'RE MEETING SAM AND COLBY TODAY!" She yelled and threw my blankets off of my body. "Seriously dude, I know you're excited but you have to calm down." I said and swung my legs over the end of the bed then stood up.

"Do you think they're going to hate me? Oh my god what if they hate me?" Daisy asked as I stretched, "they aren't going to hate you but what we are doing is serious. Did you even research where we were going?" I asked and went to go brush my teeth and get ready.

"No? Why would I do that when the guys will explain it? That's the point of the video." Daisy said as I shrugged. "The place we are going to is horrifying. Thousands of people died there, I thought you would maybe want to know what we are getting into." I said as I brushed my hair.

"It'll be fine." Daisy said then left the room. I shook my head then started to brush my teeth. I was getting a little nervous about going to this haunted asylum. I'd never been anywhere haunted before and this was a pretty big leap for the first place to go.

I shook my head then walked back to my bedroom so I could finish packing. I didn't even bother with putting makeup on because we were traveling all day, but tomorrow when we were on camera I would have to put some on.

I worried that the other fans would be mad that I won, since I wasn't a diehard fan. Daisy was though, so maybe that would work in my favor.

"Vi, we're seriously going to miss our flight if we don't go now." Daisy said as I zipped my bag up, then checked my phone, looking up the tickets they sent to my email.

"I'm coming! Also we have plenty of time." I reminded as I walked out of my room with my bag. "I wanted to stop and get a coffee, now come on!" She said excitedly as she swung the front door open and ran out.

I just chuckled and followed her knowing I would be losing any and every argument today.

Daisy talked about the guys and how excited she was the entire drive to the airport. I thought it was sweet that she was so excited but I was geniuenly a little worried that the guys would be dicks.

I knew from watching their videos that they came off as sweet on camera but who knows how they are off camera? I just didn't want Daisy to somehow lose the trust in men she gained from the guys.

I hoped they would be nice to her.

The flight went by quickly since I decided I was going to read the articles I was too scared to read the other night. I felt like I needed to know what I was getting into.

The more I read about the paranormal things we might experience the more excited I got. In the back of my head I wondered if I would get any signs from my parents. It was very unlikely because they've never even been to West Virginia but I was still hoping for it.

When we landed I pulled my phone out so I could tell the guys we landed. They flew in about an hour ago so they would meet us at our terminal.

"I seriously have to be dreaming, Vi. This isn't real. Pinch me please." Daisy said as she held her arm out to me. "You're a dork." I said and pushed her arm away as I stood up to grab my bag and unboard the plane.

"Vi, wait." Daisy said as I started walking towards the main part of the airport. "What's up?" I asked as she chewed her lip. "I'm not ready for this.." she said nervously as I laughed.

"You've been rushing me all morning, telling me how excited you are but now that it's here you want to chicken out?" I asked as she nodded, "Yep." She said and took my hand turning towards the plane.

"I don't think that's how this works." I said as she started walking back to the plane. "Well they're gonna have to make it work. I'm too nervous." She said as I pulled my arm from her grasp.

"What exactly are you nervous about? That they won't like you?" I asked as she nodded, "Yeah..also I look like a drowned rat right now. I don't want them to think I'm ugly." She said as I rolled my eyes.

"You're gorgeous, Dais. We can stop by the bathroom though if you want to touch up, I know you want to make a good first impression." I said as she nodded. "You're the best, you know that?" She asked as I took her hand and led her back towards the airport. "I try." I said as my phone buzzed.

"They're by our baggage claim, so we have to hurry." I said as we walked into the bathroom. "Shit! I look horrible." Daisy whined as she attempted to fix her already made up face.

I thought she looked fine but I knew she was just being hypercritical because she had a huge crush on them.

After a couple minutes of her fixing herself she finally turned to me, "okay, let's go." She said then grabbed her bag and led the way.

We followed the signs to baggage claim as Daisy anxiously picked at her nails.

When we got there Daisy gasped, "that's them!" She said and pointed to the two guys, as they leaned against the wall on their phones.

As soon as we got close enough they looked up, "Violet?" Sam asked as I grinned, "in the flesh. This is Daisy." I said and gestured to the terrified blonde next to me.

"That's cute, you guys are like two flowers." Colby said as Daisy blushed wildly. "Yeah, we get that a lot." I said with a laugh as they opened their arms to hug us.

I hugged Sam first, since he was closer to me. He was much taller than I thought he would be as both he and Colby towered over my 5 foot 1 frame. "Are you excited?" Sam asked as he pulled away from the hug. "Yeah! Thank you guys for the opportunity, it's gonna be fun." I said as he grinned at me. "Let's hope so." He said then turned towards Daisy as I turned to Colby.

He looked at me thoughtfully for just a second, almost as if he was taking a screenshot with his mind. He was also taller than I though he would be since he was a few inches taller than Sam.

"Hey, I'm Colby." He said and opened his arms for a hug, "I know, I watch your videos." I said with a small laugh as I stepped into his embrace. "Duh. That was stupid of me." He said with a laugh as we pulled away from the hug.

"It's nice to meet you though. I really like the name Violet." He said as we turned towards the conveyer belt that was pushing out luggage now. "Thanks, my mom picked it out." I said with a wink then walked off towards the belt so I could grab my bag.

I ended up grabbing Daisy's bag too since she was now having an in-depth conversation with Colby. I could tell she was trying to flirt with the way she was twisting her hair.

It was a signature Daisy move.

"Is she always this...peppy?" Sam asked me quietly as I hiked my bookbag onto my back. "Eh, not really. She's just a huge fan of you guys." I said as he led the way out of the airport.

"And you aren't?" He asked as I shrugged. "I watch your videos with Daisy all the time, I really like what you guys put out. Daisy is the real reason we are here though." I said as he nodded.

"She made you enter didn't she?" Sam asked as we walked outside, causing the cool fall air to hit our skin. "Kinda, but I'm glad I entered. You guys make her really happy." I said and glanced back at Daisy who was animatedly telling Colby something.

He was listening but when I turned back to look at him he let his eyes trail to me, before he gave me a small smile.

I shivered against the cold wind as I turned back to face forwards. "You're a good friend, I can already tell." Sam said as I shrugged. "I live by your example Mr. Golbach." I said making him laugh.

I loved how comfortable I was around him. He gave off such a calming energy. I decided I would stick with him during this trip so Daisy could get closer to Colby.

Who knows, maybe they would fall in love.
