Wyatt's POV:

The bell just rang so I have to go pick up Noelle from the first floor then come back up.

"Are you really gonna bring Noelle" Lance asks amused

"You bet"

I went to her classroom and picked her up

"Hurry Wyatt sign ups for the tournament start at 4:30" she said pulling my arm

"Oh shit about that... I got detention" her head snapped in my direction

"But Wyatt you promised. Daddy and dad aren't home and you're the only one who can reach my skateboard"

"I'm sorry but after nationals next weekend you won't have to hide it from dad" She kicked my shin and started walking down the hall

"The classroom is this way" she turned on her heel and stomped in the other direction

We finally arrived to the classroom and the gangs all here minus Kota and Ray

"So nice of you to show up" the dean said

I ignored him and sat in the back. Noelle took the seat next to mine

"Wyatt can I have your phone" Noelle whispered and I nodded

"Okay no more talking, phones and electronics go in the bin, and you're here til 4:15" Mr. hard ass said

Everyone got up and gave their phone but me

"Wyatt your phone"

"Noelle is using it since she has to sit here" I pointed at Noelle beside me

"I don't care this is detention so that means no phone"

"Well she's not in detention so back off"

He snatched it from her hand and threw it in the trash

"Hey you can't do that" Noelle yelled and went to retrieve it from the trash but he grabbed her arm

"Don't fucking touch my sister you annoying cunt" I jumped up and grabbed Noelle

"My arm hurts" she whispered

I took off her sweater and saw a bruise starting to form where he grabbed her

"You fucking marked her" I stalked towards him

"Wyatt not in front of Noelle" Jesse said

"Cutie go outside okay" I smiled and she nodded

As soon as the door shut behind her I swung and he stumbled back

"Ever touch my sister again and I'll murder you" I gritted through my teeth and kicked his knee in

He screamed and held his now broken knee

"Shit Wyatt" Lance cursed

"All of you saw him defending his little sister right" Emmet asked the room and they nodded

"Good now leave before you're a witness" Flynn ended and they all grabbed their phones then left

I went outside to find Ray sitting with Noelle

"Hey Noles are you okay" I asked and she nodded

"Let's go if we walk to the bus stop fast we might be able to make it on time" her face lit up

"Better yet I'll drive you" Raven offered

"Thank you so much" Noelle ran and hugged her waist

We went home we changed, I grabbed her skateboard and safety gear, and then left

After tournament

"I can't believe I won first! I'm amazing" Noelle cheered

"Yeah now put that trophy in your closet while I put your stuff back in their room" she nodded

Afterwards I heated up some frozen pizza for us and we ate and watched movies til she fell asleep.

I carried her to her room then I knocked out in my bed
